Research On The Realization Of Hospital Data Assets Value

With the development of digital economy,the realization of data asset value has been widely concerned.Hospital data assets are closely related to people’s life and social development,and the necessity and importance of value realization are more significant.However,due to data right confirmation,value evaluation,transaction mechanism,privacy protection and other reasons,the key links,methods,paths and strategies of realizing the value of hospital data assets are still in the exploratory stage.It is of great practical significance and theoretical value to study the problems existing in the process of realizing the value of hospital data assets and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions.This paper uses literature research method to sort out the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the relevant theories,analysis methods and urgent problems to be solved in the study of the value realization of hospital data assets,including the characteristics of data assets,transaction channels,value evaluation and pricing mechanism.At the same time,the characteristics and development process of hospital data assets were summarized by referring to statistical data such as health big data,and the main existing problems were extracted by combining expert interview method.On the basis of the perspective of relevant stakeholders,this paper designs a questionnaire and takes medical students,teachers and researchers as the survey objects,and collects a total of 354 valid questionnaires to analyze five key links of value realization of the value of hospital data assets in China.Combined with the result of research,this paper builds a framework for realizing the value of hospital data assets,and puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions for the key links in the framework.In order to utilize hospital data asset value,this paper sorts out relevant materials,accumulates first-hand data to support future research,and puts forward strategic suggestions on the basis of questionnaire analysis,hoping to provide some references for better realization of hospital data asset value.
