Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is one of the typical chronic diseases.In recent years,the prevalence of CVD in China has generally shown an upward trend,which has brought a heavy burden to society.Therefore,taking effective intervention measures is particularly important.In addition,smart medicine has become an important research direction in the development process of medical informatization,and machine learning has been widely used in the medical field.Based on this,a health management and risk assessment system for CVD was proposed in this thesis,which not only realized the whole process of health management,including before,during and after inspection,but also used machine learning to establish a CVD risk assessment model to assist doctors in predicting the risk of illness,so that doctors can intervene in time.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.For the construction of the CVD risk assessment model,this thesis used UCI Heart Disease Data Set and built models using multiple machine learning algorithms.Risk assessment model needs to have both a high accuracy rate and a high true positive rate,which means that patients are more likely to be correctly predicted to be sick,thereby reducing missed diagnosis.According to the performance of the models on the test set,the weighted voting classification model with decision trees and logistic regression algorithms performed the best,with an accuracy rate of 90.0%and a true positive rate of 88.5%.Therefore,this thesis finally used the weighted voting method to construct a CVD risk assessment model.2.For the realization of the health management system,this thesis combined the needs of doctors and in accordance with the specifications of software engineering to complete the system.This thesis used Spring Boot and Vue as the system implementation framework.According to the requirements and design of each functional module,the system was implemented and tested.Finally,a fully functional and easy-to-use system was implemented to assist doctors in managing patients’ health and assess the risk of illness.This system has certain practical significance and application prospects.
