Research On The Academic Thought Of Lu’s Third Generation,a Medical Aristocratic Family In The Ming Dynasty

Objective On the basis of literature collation and research,this topic is intended to verify the life of Lu Shi,a famous medical family in the Ming Dynasty,including the deeds,teachers and friends of the third generation of Lu Shi;Collate and study the completion process and version of Lu Shi San Shi Yi Yan;Sorting out the basic contents of "Hong Lu Dian Xue" and inferring its completion time;Summarize the academic thought and treatment characteristics of Lu’s third generation physicians;Using electronic technology to analyze the medication characteristics of Lu’s third generation doctors.Methods Study on the life story of Lu’s medical family by literature investigation and field investigation;Collate and study the completion process and version of Lu Shi San Shi Yi Yan by means of literature survey;Sort out the basic contents of "Hong Lu Dian Xue" and compare it with the ancient books of the same period to infer the time of its completion;Study the Medical Experience of Lu’s Third Generation and use the method of summary and analysis to summarize the academic thought and treatment characteristics of Lu’s Third Generation physicians;Use the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform to analyze the medication characteristics of Lu’s third generation doctors.Results Through sorting out the "Ten Thousand Society Herbs",it was found that the"Three generations of Lu’s medical experience" was jointly completed by Ten Thousand Society of Huzhou Medical Group in the late Ming Dynasty,and was published and printed in the 12th year of Chongzhen(1639),In the existing edition,the edition of the 1898(1838)in the 18th year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty,and the stone print of Shanghai Huiwen Hall in 1914 and 1915 are relatively complete,and the book has been reviewed and published three times by modern scholars.By comparing the book "Hong Lu Dian Xue" with the ancient books of the same period,it is concluded that the book was written 1610 years ago,and it was indeed circulated in the society.The main academic thoughts of Lu’s third generation of physicians are summarized as follows:dialectic with pulse and treat according to pulse;Attack and supplement at the same time,make good use of and slow down;Follow the scriptures and worship the ancient,with new interpretations;The decoction pills are applied together,and the triple energizer is treated separately.Summarized the characteristics of the treatment of Lu’s third generation doctors:often looking for treatment plans from the perspective of "phlegm".Statistics and analysis of the medication characteristics of the third generation of Lu’s doctors showed that their medication was warm and tonic.Conclusions The academic thought of Lu’s third generation of doctors is different from that of modern medicine,and is quite characteristic,which is worth learning from later generations.The contents of Yi Wan She established by the third generation Lu Zuyu need to be further explored to benefit the world.
