Objective: This study was designed to analyze the factors associated with coronary artery calcification in subjects in the southwest of Lu,and to construct a column line graph predicting coronary artery calcification.Method: To retrospectively analyze data related to 941 subjects who attended the Department of Internal Medicine at the JMC and underwent64-level coronary artery(coronary)CT(Computed Tomography)examinations from January 2022 to April 2022.They were separated into non-calcified group(369 cases)and calcified group(572 cases)according to the coronary CT findings.LASSO regression was used to find out the factors leading to the occurrence of coronary artery calcification in subjects,construct the Normogram model of the occurrence of coronary artery calcification in participants,calculate the area under the sensitivity curve,draw the calibration chart,clinical decision analysis curve and clinical influence curve.Results:(1)The calcification group was older,more male,more likely to have diabetes,hypertension,cerebral infarction,tobacco,alcohol,and statin use,higher levels of cysteine protease inhibitors,glucose,red blood cell distribution Width,neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio,triglyceride glucose index,atherogenic index of plasma index,systolic blood pressure,and lower levels of HDL cholesterol,lymphocyte,and lymphocyte-monocyte ratio.(2)The detection rate of coronary calcification was 60.8%,which increased from 34% in < 50 years old to 88.5% in > 70 years old(P<0.001).In terms of gender difference,the CAC detection rate of male(67.9%)was significantly higher than that of female(54.0%)(P<0.001).(3)Multivariate analysis indicated that triglyceride glucose index,age,hypertension,diabetes and male were harmful factors for coronary artery calcification(P<0.05),while lymphocytes were beneficial factors for coronary artery calcification(P < 0.05).(4)Using the arguments above to construct a column graph,the area under the sensitivity curve was 0.789(95% confidence interval:0.759~0.818).and the calibration chart,clinical decision analysis and influence curve suggest that the calcification model in this study is feasible.Conclusions:In this study,triglyceride glucose index,age,hypertension,diabetes,and male were found to be conducive to coronary artery calcification,while lymphocyte was not.The Normograph used to predict CAC has good predictive performance and may help to make appropriate clinical decisions for patients at high risk of CAC.
