Objective: Blood routine parameters of patients with connective tissue disease(CTD)complicated with thrombocytopenia were analyzed to explore the risk factors related to the severity of thrombocytopenia, and to provide assistance for clinical work. Methods:The blood routine parameters and clinical data of 154 patients with CTD complicated with thrombocytopenia admitted to the rheumatology department of Hospital from January 2015 to December2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to platelet count at admission,CTD patients with 50×109/L≦platelet value﹤100×109/L were classified as mild thrombocytopenia group(T1 group),and CTD patients with 20×109/L≦platelet value﹤50×109/L were classified as moderate thrombocytopenia group(T2 group).Patients with platelet values﹤20×109/L were selected as CTD severe thrombocytopenia group(T3 group). The differences of erythrocyte related parameters(RBC,HCT,RDW,MCV,MCH,MCHC,Hb),platelet-related parameters(PLT,MPV,PDW,P-LCR),NLR,MLR,ELR and BLR among the three groups were compared. Results: At admission, the MPV,PDW and P-LCR and in T1,T2 and T3 groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were no significant differences in age, sex, body mass index, disease duration, disease type,RBC,HCT,RDW,MCV,MCH,MCHC,Hb,NLR,MLR,ELR and BLR(all P > 0.05).MPV,PDW and P-LCR levels were positively correlated with the severity of thrombocytopenia in CTD patients with thrombocytopenia(r1=0.3394,r2=0.3610,r3=0.4209,all P<0.05).Conclusion: The degree of platelet reduction in CTD patients with thrombocytopenia was correlated with MPV,PDW,and p-LCR levels respectively, but not correlated with other parameters of blood routine test. Objective: To explore the role of platelet parameters in the prognosis of connective tissue disease(CTD)patients with thrombocytopenia before and after treatment by analyzing their changes.Method: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the platelet parameters and clinical data from 154 patients with CTD complicated with thrombocytopenia who were admitted and discharged from the Rheumatology Department of Hospital from January 2015 to December2022,120 CTD patients not complicated with thrombocytopenia who were admitted, and 120 normal control group.Analysis on disease before and after treatment the changes of platelet parameters. Results:On admission, platelet values in CTD patients with thrombocytopenia were lower than those in normal control group and CTD group without thrombocytopenia(all P<0.05),and MPV,PDW and P-LCr were higher than those in normal control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference between CTD patients with thrombocytopenia and CTD patients without thrombocytopenia(P=0.828).PLT increased significantly,MPV,PDW and P-LCr decreased significantly in remission group after treatment and before treatment, with statistical differences(all P<0.05).Compared with the non-remission group,PLT increased after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05),MPV,PDW and P-LCR had no significant changes, and they do not have statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Platelet parameters have certain reference value for predicting the prognosis of CTD patients with thrombocytopenia.
