Clinical Efficacy And Safety Analysis Of Orbital Septal Fat Removal For Augmentation Of Orbital Septal Supporting Tissue

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of pouch plastic surgery with orbital septal fat removal to strengthen orbital septal supporting tissue.Methods A total of 100 patients with pouch admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(50 cases,performed traditional pouch plastic surgery)and observation group(50 cases,pouch plastic surgery+ enhanced orbital septum supporting tissue treatment).Baseline data of both groups were collected,and the postoperative recovery of both groups was followed up for 6 months.The recovery of lacrimal groove[score of lacrimal groove Deformity Scale(TTRS),depth of lacrimal groove,pigmentation,skin fold,sagging of fat pad],improvement of ocular anatomical structure[eyelid pouch height,eyelid pouch length,lacrimal groove height,lacrimal groove length],appearance return to normal time,average length of hospital stay,ocular beauty condition[eye beauty effect score,eyelid morphology score]of the two groups were compared.,plastic surgery satisfaction score[facial function,wrinkle removal function,lower eyelid sagging fat bulge,medical service,treatment experience score],postoperative complications[hematoma,incision infection,eyelid ectropion],postoperative follow-up results[recurrent pouch ptosis],surgical effect.Results(1)The lacrimal groove depth(0.62±0.09)points,pigmentation(1.02 ± 0.11)points,skin fold(1.01±0.16)points,fat pad sagging(1.01±0.21)points and total TTRS(3.66±0.14)points in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the eyelid pouch height(3.28±0.36)mm,eyelid pouch length(3.22 ±0.92)mm,lacrimal groove height(2.16±0.75)mm and lacrimal groove length(2.23±0.84)mm in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The required time to return to normal appearance in the observation group were(9.03 ±1.75)d which were not significantly different from those in the control group(8.87±1.66)d with no statistical significance(P>0.05).(4)The ocular beauty effect score(90.13 ± 6.77)and eyelid morphology score(88.79±6.13)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The facial function,medical services and treatment experience scores of the two groups were compared,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The score of wrinkle removal function(8.73±0.62),lower eyelid laxative fat bulge(8.39 ± 0.76)and total score(42.29 ± 4.54)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the observation group and the control group(16.00%)and the control group(10.00%)(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of postoperative pouch ptosis in the observation group was 12.00%lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of pouch plastic surgery and orbital septal fat removal to strengthen orbital septal supporting tissue treatment can achieve more significant surgical effect,can promote the recovery of lacrimal groove and eye anatomical structure,improve the cosmetic plastic effect of eyes and face,reduce the recurrence rate of pouch ptosis,and improve the overall surgical effect are of great significance.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
