Application Of Qufushengji Powder In Perioperative Period Of Perianal Abscess

Objective To observe the effect of removing saprophytic muscle of traditional Chinese medicine in perioperative period of perianal abscess.Methods A total of 80 patients with perianal abscess admitted to the anorectal department of our hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the block randomization method,with 40 cases in each group.All patients received conventional treatment according to the diagnosis and treatment norms of perianal abscess,including preoperative preparation,operation and postoperative treatment.The control group was given conventional dressing change operation after surgery,and the observation group was given Qufushengji powder to cover the wound on the basis of conventional dressing change operation.Postoperative wound healing time(abscess coating shedding time,wound epithelial growth time,complete healing time),VAS pain score(preoperative,postoperative day,postoperative day 3,postoperative day 7)and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The abscess shedding time,wound epithelial growth time and complete healing time of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The VAS score of the observation group on the 3rd and 7th day after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)(3)After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%;The total effective rate of control group was 75.0%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional Western medicine surgical dressing change,the application of Qufushengji powder in perioperative period of perianal abscess can significantly improve the wound healing process,reduce the pain of patients and increase the total healing rate,which is worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
