Hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease in China.According to the "China Cardiovascular Health and Disease Report 2020",the number of people suffering from hypertension in China is as high as 245 million, and the incidence rate is on the rise.China has a vast territory and numerous ethnic groups.Due to differences in genetic background, social culture, living environment, and habits among different ethnic groups, there are significant ethnic differences in the incidence of hypertension. As the sixth largest ethnic minority in China, the basic situation and influencing factors of hypertension among the Yi ethnic group have always been of great concern. The 2006 survey on the prevalence of hypertension among various ethnic groups in China showed that the confirmed prevalence rate of hypertension among the Yi ethnic group was the lowest in the country, only 1.12%.However,with the rapid development of China’s economy, especially the strong support of the state for the economic development of ethnic minority areas, the living standards of ethnic minorities have greatly improved,The dietary structure and lifestyle have undergone significant changes, and the incidence of hypertension in the Yi ethnic group is also on the rise.Based on this, the literature research method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method were used this time, combining the ethnic characteristics of the Yi people who are good at singing and dancing, and the Yi people who are between 45 and 59 years old in Ebian Yi Autonomous County were selected for health examination and medical evaluation. The intervention was mainly conducted on Yi residents through three different intervention modes, namely aerobic exercise group, resistance training group, and aerobic exercise combined with resistance training group. The changes in blood pressure,BMI value, waist to hip ratio, blood lipids, and other related data of the subjects were compared before, during, and after the experiment. The measured experimental data were tested for significant differences using SPSS 20.0,and the data were statistically analyzed and compared using Excel software,Finally, analyze, summarize, and draw relevant conclusions.Aerobic exercise group: the systolic blood pressure of the subjects decreased from the original 144.31 ± 6.256 mm Hg to 140.14 ± 6.91 mm Hg,the diastolic blood pressure decreased from the original 93.18 ± 5.892 mm Hg to 90.13 ± 6.771 mm Hg,the BMI value decreased by0.91,and the waist hip ratio decreased by 0.235.The differences between the low density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol and triglyceride indexes of the subjects before and after the experiment were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Resistance training group: the systolic blood pressure of the subjects decreased from the original 145.26 ± 7.785 mm Hg to 140.47 ± 8.105 mm Hg,the diastolic blood pressure decreased from the original92.42 ± 6.142 mm Hg to 89.67 ± 7.128 mm Hg,the BMI value decreased by 1.01,the waist hip ratio decreased by 0.18,and the subjects’ low density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol and triglyceride indexes before and after the experiment had certain statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Aerobic exercise combined with resistance training group: the systolic blood pressure of the subjects decreased from the original 144.47 ± 8.564 mm Hg to138.36 ± 7.267 mm Hg,the diastolic blood pressure decreased from the original 93.37 ±6.098 mm Hg to 88.22 ± 8.981 mm Hg,the BMI value decreased by 1.7,and the waist hip ratio decreased by 0.41.The differences between the low density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein, total cholesterol and triglyceride indexes of the subjects before and after the experiment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research conclusion: 1.After 12 weeks of aerobic exercise, resistance training, and combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training, the blood pressure,BMI,waist to hip ratio, and blood lipids of Yi hypertensive patients showed a downward trend. This indicates that aerobic exercise, resistance training, and combination of aerobic exercise and resistance training are effective in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients.Through comparison,it can be concluded that there is little difference in the impact of aerobic exercise and resistance training on hypertensive patients.3.Moderate intensity aerobic exercise combined with resistance training can better reduce blood pressure in Yi patients with mild to moderate hypertension, with the greatest impact on patients and the best antihypertensive effect.
