Based On Data Mining Technology To Summarize Professor Xu Yunsheng’s TCM Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Combined With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: This study uses the Fang Net platform to analyze clinical cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)combined with coronary heart disease(CHD)treated by Prof.Xu Yunsheng to summarize Prof.Xu’s clinical experience in treating this disease.The purpose of this study is to optimize and guide the clinical use of drugs and provide more ideas for the TCM treatment of T2 DM combined with CHD.Methods: In this study,144 cases of T2 DM combined with CHD treated by Professor Xu Yunsheng from September 2020 to December 2022 were collected and screened.In this study,with the help of Fang Net platform and local data management software,frequency statistics,Page Rank algorithm,Jaccard algorithm,and cluster analysis method were used to statistically analyze these cases in order to conclude Professor Xu’s experience in treating this disease.Results:(1)The basic properties of herbal medicine: the four qi of herbal medicine were cold,warm and flat,the five tastes of herbal medicine were sweet,bitter and spicy,and the meridians of herbal medicine were liver,spleen,lung,heart and stomach meridians.(2)A total of 249 herbs were used in 144 cases,among which salvia miltiorrhiza was the most frequently used medicine.(3)Core herbs: According to the Page Rank algorithm,Professor Xu’s core drugs for T2 DM with CHD are Radix salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Rhizoma coptidis,Processed Licorice,Gegen,Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Trichosanthis fructus,Pinellia pinellia,Radix paeoniae alba,Cinnamon twig,red Peony,Moutan PI,Angelica sinensis,Achyranthes bidentata,yam,Curcuma aromatica,Codonopsis,safflower,Rhizoma alismatis,ophiopogon japonica,Xiebai,Bupleurum,Schisandrae,Atractylodes,Wolfberry,peach kernel,Coix seed.(4)Herb combination: According to Jaccard algorithm,Professor Xu’s common combination in the treatment of T2 DM combined with CHD was Peach kernel-Safflower,Fossil Bone-Oyster,Atractylodes-Phellodendron,Fossil Bone-Reed Rhizome,Trichosanthis fructus-Xiebai,Lycium fructus-Chrysanthemum,Red peony-Radix paeoniae,Maidong-Schisandra,Radix Bupleuri-Radix paeoniae,Chrysanthemum-Mulberry branch,Curcumae Rhizoma-Biancaea sappan.(5)Herb-symptom combination:The common drug-symptom combination in the prescription was preheart pain-Salvia miltiorrhiza,dry mouth-Gegeen/yam,weak pulse/shortness of breath/hyperhidrosis-Astragalus membranaceus,dizziness-Gegeen,chest tightness-Trichosanthis fructus/Angelica sinensis/Xiebai/Achyranthes bidentata,poor sleep-fried sour jujube seed.(6)Cluster analysis of herbs:A total of 10 groups(C1～C10)of herbal cluster combinations were excavated,involving 39 herbs.Conclusion:(1)According to the rule of medication,Professor Xu believes that there are four key points in the occurrence of T2 DM combined with CHD,namely liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,depletion of qi and Yin,mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,and obstruction of heart and collaterals.(2)Professor Xu’s treatment of T2 DM complicated with CHD is based on soothing the liver,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,strengthening the spleen,resolving phlegm and warming Yang qi.At the same time,according to the patient’s constitution,Professor Xu attaches importance to the application of the concept of "preventive treatment for disease",and advocates the simultaneous treatment of heart and liver,heart and spleen,and heart and kidney.
