Objective:To explore the effect of family-centered nursing mode on treatment compliance, quality of life, improvement of main clinical symptoms in outpatient children with Mycoplasma pneumonia,as well as the mainly maintaining family members’ disease knowledge, nursing operational skills and nursing job satisfaction,so as to provide theoretical basis for nursing of children with mycoplasma pneumonia in outpatient department. Methods:A randomized controlled trial was used. From January 2021 to March 2022,110 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of pediatric internal medicine of the Shandong Second Provincial General Hospital were selected as the research objects. The children were numbered according to the order in which they first saw a doctor, and divided into two groups by random envelope method. The children in the control group(n=55)received routine nursing intervention for mycoplasma pneumonia, including disease knowledge and system education, general life care, diet care, medication care, psychological care, exercise guidance, etc. The observation group(n=55)received three months of family centered care,in addition to routine care for outpatient Mycoplasma Pneumonia. This included establishing cooperative relationships, knowledge dissemination, skill training, psychological education, and continuous nursing guidance outside the hospital for the children and their main nursing families. In this experiment, the general data questionnaire was used to collect the general data of the children with mycoplasma pneumonia in the outpatient department and their main nursing families. The treatment compliance, quality of life, improvement of clinical symptoms of the children and the disease knowledge, nursing operation skills and nursing work satisfaction of the main nursing families were used as evaluation indicators.Data were collected before intervention,at the end of outpatient treatment and 3 months after intervention to evaluate the effect. All data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS26.0.The measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation((?)±S).If the normal distribution and variance were uniform,T-test was used.If they did not conform to the normal distribution, the median,25th and 75th percentile descriptions were used. The enumeration data were described by composition ratio.Chi-square test and non-parametric test were used to compare the two groups. The difference was statistically significant when P<0.05.Results:1.There were no significant differences in gender, age, main clinical symptoms, onset time and basic information of main nursing family members between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.After intervention(at the end of outpatient treatment),the compliance scores of the observation group for nebulization inhalation therapy and intravenous infusion therapy were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The compliance scores of nebulization inhalation therapy and intravenous infusion therapy in the two groups of children were higher than before intervention, and there was a statistically significant difference within the group(P<0.05).3.3 months after intervention, quality of life scale of each dimension score children observe group were higher than that of control group, difference between groups with statistical significance(P<0.05);The scores of all dimensions of the quality of life scale in the two groups were higher than before intervention, and the difference in comparison within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of outpatient treatment days and improvement of clinical symptoms between the two groups of children(1)After intervention nursing, the outpatient treatment days of children in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was slightly statistically significant(P<0.05);The number of patients who visited the hospital again within three months was less than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).(2)After intervention nursing, the duration of cough, fever and shortness of breath in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After intervention(at the end of outpatient treatment),the knowledge score of main nursing family members in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge of mycoplasma pneumonia in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.After intervention(at the end of outpatient treatment),the scores of atomizing inhalation operation skills and turning over and tapping operation skills of main nursing families in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of 2 nursing operation skills of the two groups of main nursing families were higher than before intervention, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.After intervention(at the end of outpatient treatment),the satisfaction of the main nursing families in the observation group was 92.45%,and that in the control group was only 72.22%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The family-centered nursing model has effectively improved the treatment compliance of children with outpatient mycoplasma pneumonia.2.The family-centered nursing model has improved the quality of life of children with outpatient mycoplasma pneumonia.3.The family-centered nursing model has shortened the duration of the main clinical symptoms and the number of days of outpatient treatment in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.4.The family-centered nursing model has deepened the professional knowledge of the main care families.5.The family-centered nursing model has improved the special nursing skills and the nursing service satisfaction of the main care families.
