Research On The Construction Of Annotation Ancient Books Knowledge Base Of Shen Nong’s Herbal Classic

Shennong Bencao Jing(hereinafter referred to as Benjing)is the earliest existing monograph on materia medica in China,which is representative in materia medica.The ancient books annotating Benjing also have valuable academic research value.This paper takes the three annotated ancient books of Shennong Bencao Jing Baizhong Lu Shennong Bencao Jing Du Shennong Benjing Jiaozhu as the research object,uses the literature analysis method and the induction summary method to analyze the ancient books from two aspects of style and content,reveals the organizational structure characteristics of its content and the types of knowledge covered,and further realizes the reorganization and visual display of ancient book knowledge in the form of knowledge map,and constructs the knowledge base based on the annotated ancient books of Benjing.In terms of style,through a detailed analysis of the writing methods of the three ancient books,it is found that the three ancient books are used as the annotated literature of materia medica,and at the same time have the knowledge structure of the annotated literature and the drug-centered description form of the ancient books of materia medica,which is helpful to the classification of the text knowledge types of ancient books and provides a data basis for the knowledge base constructed based on structured text.In terms of content,through the comparative analysis of the original text and the annotation text of the Benjing contained in the three ancient books,it is found that the direction that the doctors focus on in the annotation text is the concentrated expression of their academic thoughts,and the annotation content involves a variety of concept types.These concepts mainly constitute the interconnection between concepts with traditional Chinese medicine as the core.In terms of content,through the comparative analysis of the annotations of the three ancient books,it is found that the directions that the doctors focus on in the annotations are the concentrated embodiment of their academic thoughts and their annotations involve a variety of conceptual types.These concepts mainly take Chinese medicine as the core to form the interrelationship between concepts.Based on the analysis and summary of the style and content of the three ancient books,the concept system is constructed based on the concept categories covered by the ancient book text,and the text content is manually segmented and labeled according to the constructed concept system to form structured data.By using the method of informatics,the knowledge covered in ancient books is reorganized and correlated in the form of knowledge map,which realizes the visualization and retrieval of traditional Chinese medicine and its attributes,diseases and their therapeutic drugs,as well as cited works and related doctors.It creates a digital environment for the study and research of ancient books with annotations of Benjing and a better grasp of the knowledge system of ancient books.
