Objective:To evaluate the clinical study of impaired hepatic function(LiverStagnation and Spleen-Deficiency Type)after chemotherapy of operated breast cancer, and provide data support for this disease. To evaluate the clinical study of liver injury(Liver-Stagnation and Spleen-Deficiency Type)after chemotherapy of operated breast cancer, and provide data support for this disease. Methods:We collected 65 outpatients and inpatients with impaired hepatic function after chemotherapy for operated breast cancer at Shandong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients were divided into the treatment group and control group, with 31 patients in the treatment group and 32 patients in the control group. The control group was treated with reduced glutathione(atomolan)for14 days, and the treatment group was treated with reduced glutathione(atomolan)combined with Tiaoheganpifang for 14 days. The changes in liver function,Liver-Stagnatio and Spleen-Deficiency traditional Chinese syndrome scores, and Karnofsky Performance Status Scale(KPS)were observed before and after treatment, and the changes of these data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)Comparison of laboratory examination:There was no significant variations betweeen the two groups of ALT,AST,ALP and TBIL before the treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of the treatment,AST,ALT,ALP of the two groups and TBIL value of the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment, while TBIL in the control group had no significant difference before and after treatment(p>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, there was no significant difference in liver function between the two groups(p>0.05).(2)Comparison of effective rate of liver function test : After 2 weeks of treatment, there were no significant variations between the two groups of effective rate of liver function test(p>0.05),among which the rate of the treatment group is 48.4%,the rate of the control group is 53.1%.(3)Comparison of traditional Chinese syndrome scores: There are no significant variations in the syndrome scores of traditional Chinese between the two groups before the treatment, but after two weeks, the single symptom score and the sum of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0,05).And the sum symptom score of the treatment group was superior to than the control group.(4)Comparison of effective rate of traditional Chinese syndrome scores: After treatment, there were significant variations between the effective rate of traditional Chinese syndrome scores between the two groups(P<0,05),among which the effective rate of traditional Chinese syndrome scores of the treatment group is 87.1%,and the control group is 37.5%.(5)Comparison of the score of Karnofsky Performance Status Scale(KPS):After 2 weeks of treatment, there were significant variations between the two groups the score of KPS(P<0.05),among which the score of the treatment group is much superior to the control group. Conclusion:Taking the method of soothing the liver and regulating the spleen as the guiding principle, aiming at the effective treatment of liver injury of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency caused by chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery, through comparing the two groups of cases,it was found that the liver function indicators,TCM symptoms and quality of life of patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and there were no obvious side effects, which had practical significance for the clinical treatment of patients with liver injury caused by chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery.
