Clinical Observation On Tuina Therapy Of Purging Heart And Clearing Liver In The Treatment Of Children With Tourette Syndrome(Heart And Liver Fire Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiexin Qinggan massage in the treatment of Tourette syndrome(heart and liver fire type),in order to provide a convenient,effective and green treatment plan in clinical practice.Methods:In this study,62 children with Tourette syndrome(hyperactivity of heart and liver fire type)were selected and randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.The massage group was treated with massage therapy of purging heart and clearing liver,3 times a week,once every other day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,2 courses of continuous treatment.The western medicine group was treated with oral tiapride hydrochloride tablets,50 mg each time under 7 years old,75 mg each time between 7-10 years old,100 mg each time over 10 years old,twice a day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 2 courses.After treatment,the Yale Comprehensive Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)and TCM syndrome score table were used to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison within the group,the motor tic,vocal tic,YGTSS social function impairment score,YGTSS total score,TCM syndrome and syndrome total score and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both groups had curative effect.2.Compared with the western medicine group,the scores of motor tic,total scores of TCM syndromes and total scores of YGTSS in the massage group were significantly different from those in the western medicine group after treatment(P<0.05).It shows that the effect of massage group on improving children ’s Tourette syndrome is better than that of western medicine group.However,there was no significant difference in improving vocal tic score and YGTSS social function impairment score between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Compared with the western medicine group,there were significant differences between the massage group and the western medicine group in the aspects of grinding teeth in sleep,red face,irritability and sore mouth in TCM syndromes,P<0.05.It shows that the effect of massage group is better than that of western medicine group,but there is no significant difference in improving blinking and stuttering frequency(P>0.05).4.In the evaluation of curative effect,the effective rate of the massage group was 93.1%,and the western medicine group was 83.33%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The massage of purging heart and clearing liver method and oral administration of tiapride hydrochloride tablets are effective in the treatment of Tourette syndrome in children with hyperactivity of heart and liver fire.However,the massage of purging heart and clearing liver method is superior to the western medicine group in improving motor tics,the total score of TCM syndromes and syndromes,as well as the sleep molars,red eyes,irritability,mouth and tongue sores in TCM syndromes and the total score of YGTSS,and the children have high acceptance,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
