Study On The Medicine Rule And Academic Characteristics In Shibing Lun

Objective This thesis will take Shibing Lun as the research object,systematically sort out the whole book,and through the combination of data mining and theoretical research,analyze and summarize Lei Shaoyi’s medication rules and academic characteristics in the treatment of seasonal diseases,so as to enrich its academic research and provide some reference for the treatment of seasonal diseases in modern Chinese medicine.Methods This study is based on Lei Feng’s original book,published by the People’s Health Publishing House,and the first edition of Shibing Lun in March 2012 as the main reference version.Using the literature research method,literature retrospectively,sort out the whole book of Shibing Lun,search relevant information through databases such as CNKI and Wanfang Data,then study and summarize the academic origin and modern research situation of it;Based on the four seasons of spring,summer,autumn and winter,classify the whole book of Shibing Lun.Collect and sort out Lei Shaoyi’s self-made formula for treating diseases in different seasons,use Excel to build a database,standardize the drug name according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 and Chinese herbal medicine.Use Excel,Spss26.0 and Spss Modeler 18.0 as data mining tools to make statistics on the medication frequency,taste,properties and meridian tropism of the drugs used in the four seasons of Lei Shaoyi,and conduct association rules and cluster analysis.Analysis on the law and characteristics of Lei Shaoyi’s medication in combination with theory.On this basis,using the literature induction approach systematically summarize and analyze the academic characteristics of Lei Shaoyi’s diagnosis and treatment of seasonal diseases.Result The academic origin and modern research advances of Lei Shaoyi’s book Sinbing Lun is summarized.Completed the separate teasing and data mining of the formula of Lei’s selfproposed treatment of diseases at the four times of spring,summer,autumn,and winter,according to the chronopathy,yielded results: On the spring,22 prescriptions were included in the formula,69 drugs were used,and the drugs in the top 3 position of cumulative use frequency were forsythia,raw rehmannia,and licorice in turn,the drug propertie was cold,warm,and flat,and the medicinal taste were sweet,bitter,and pungent,the belonging meridians are lung meridian,stomach meridian and heart meridian;Yielded more strongly associated drug pairs of 22;High frequency drug clustering could be easily clustered into8 classes at a clustering point of 11.5.On the summer,47 prescriptions were included in the formula,110 drugs were used,and the drugs in the top 3 position of cumulative use frequency were poria cocos,gancao and talcum in turn,the drug propertie was cold,warm,and flat,and the medicinal taste were sweet,bitter,and pungent,the belonging meridians are lung meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian;Yielded more strongly associated drug pairs of 26;High frequency drug clustering could be easily clustered into 8 classes at a clustering point of 16.On the autumn,36 prescriptions were included in the formula,107 drugs were used,and the drugs in the top 3 position of cumulative use frequency were gancao,chenpi and rhizoma atractylodis in turn,the drug propertie was warm,cold,and flat,and the medicinal taste were pungent,bitter,and sweet,the belonging meridians are lung meridian,stomach meridian and spleen meridian;Yielded more strongly associated drug pairs of 19;High frequency drug clustering could be easily clustered into 7 classes at a clustering point of 16.On the winter,12 prescriptions were included in the formula,56 drugs were used,and the drugs in the top 3 position of cumulative use frequency were light fermented soybean,chenpi,gancao etc.in turn,the top three drug properties in terms of frequency of use are cold,warm,and mild in sequence,and the medicinal taste were sweet,bitter,and pungent,the belonging meridians are lung meridian,stomach meridian and spleen meridian;Yielded more strongly associated drug pairs of 13;High frequency drug clustering could be easily clustered into 5 classes at a clustering point of 16.5.By combining the results of data analysis with theory for research,we have summarized the medication patterns,characteristics,and academic characteristics of disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation legislation,and treatment in the book.Conclusion In the process of writing the Shibing Lun,Lei Shaoyi always took the Huangdi Neijing and Zhongjing’s theory as the theoretical guidance,take the advantages of famous experts as the basis for analyzing theories and selecting prescriptions,quoted a lot of famous theories,take own clinical experience as the test standard.He learned from the past but not copy the past,integrated various specialists,formed a unique theoretical system.In terms of medication:(1)The treatment of diseases in spring has the characteristics of first using Xin San to disperse the surface,using a large group of cold drugs to clear heat and promote fluid production,and emphasizing the penetration of evil and nourishing yin;(2)Summer has the characteristics of paying attention to regulating the spleen and stomach,promoting and nourishing the lungs,and being good at using sweet and mild nerbs to penetrate and promote heat dampness from urination;(3)Autumn has the characteristic of using pungent,bitter,and sweet flavors to dispel evil and nourish the elements,and combining transparency and warmth to separate and treat lingering evil;(4)In winter,the positive qi of the heaven and the earth will be hidden,and the evil is mixed.Lei Shi often treats the disease according to the specific situation.On the whole,Lei Shaoyi often combines the characteristics of the four seasons in medication,starting from the overall perspective,treating both good and evil,applying both attack and supplement,and adjusting from top to bottom.In terms of treatment methods,Lei Shaoyi always comply with the characteristics of the four seasons,adjusts it to be too much or too little,eliminate evil as the key,and take into account the positive qi.Summarize the academic characteristics of Shibing Lun:(1)In terms of disease differentiation,Lei Shaoyi is skilled in accurately locating the name,etiology,and pathogenesis of seasonal diseases based on the characteristics of the seasons and the theories of ancient sages;(2)In terms of syndrome differentiation and legislation,Lei Shaoyi combined various methods of syndrome differentiation and medication,creating a unique system of syndrome differentiation legislation and medication;(3)In terms of treatment,Lei Shaoyi realized that expelling pathogenic factors is the top priority in treating seasonal diseases,with clinical characteristics such as measuring individuals and determining methods,emphasizing physical fitness,and being resolute and delicate.
