The Application Rules Of The Compatibility Of The "Jing-river Points" Of The Six Yang Meridians And The Summary Of The Supervisor’s Application Experience After The Founding Of The People’s Republic Of China

Objective:After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the literature data of the "Jing-river points" of the Six yang meridians were systematically sorted out,and the rules of the compatible application of the "Jing-river points" of the Six yang meridians and the indications of the dominant diseases were analyzed.This paper analyzes and summarizes the clinical experience of tutors in applying the "Jing-river points" of Six yang meridians,in order to provide reference for the theoretical research and clinical application of the "Jingriver points" of Six yang meridians.Methods:From October 1949 to December 2022,the Microsoft Access database was established by using CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,etc.as search sources.Literature were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.The data were imported into the data mining software V1.0(2022SR0024001)developed by Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for association rules and cluster analysis,and generated the word cloud map.Analyze and determine the dominant symptoms of the "Jing-river points" of the Six yang meridians and the relevant laws of compatible acupoints.At the same time,collect and sort out the typical clinical medical cases of the supervisor’s application of "Jing-river points"of the Six yang meridians.Results:Among the 27 kinds of compatible advantageous conditions,105 were compatible acupoints,among which 7 were high-frequency advantageous conditions and26 were compatible acupoints.The results of association rules showed that they were closely associated with Yanglingquan,Zusanli and Taichong acupoints.Cluster analysis showed that 5 types of compatible combinations of high-frequency acupoints were selected.There were 26 kinds of compatible advantageous conditions on Kunlun acupoints,131 compatible acupoints,among which 5 were high-frequency advantageous conditions and 25 were high-frequency compatible acupoints.The results of association rules showed that they were closely associated with Chengshan and Weizhong acupoints.Cluster analysis showed that 5 types of compatible acupoints were selected.Yangfu points were compatible with 25 kinds of dominant diseases,including 90 compatible acupoints,among which 9 were highfrequency dominant diseases and 23 were high-frequency compatible acupoints.The results of association rules showed that they were closely related to Yanglingquan,Taichong and Zusanli acupoints.Cluster analysis showed that three types of high frequency compatible acupoint combinations were selected.Yanggu acupoints were compatible with 18 types of advantageous diseases,114 of them were compatible with high frequency advantageous diseases and 19 of them were compatible with high frequency acupoints.The results of association rules showed that they were closely associated with Hegu,Yangchi and Yangxi acupoints.Cluster analysis showed that 3 types of compatible acupoints were selected.Yangxi acupoints were compatible with 25 types of dominant acupoints,111 of which were compatible with 3 high-frequency dominant acupoints and 26 high-frequency compatible acupoints.Association rule results showed that it was closely associated with Quchi,Shousanli and Jianyu acupoints.Cluster analysis results showed that 4 types of highfrequency compatible acupoints were selected.There were 67 kinds of compatible advantageous diseases,152 kinds of compatible acupoints,among which 10 were highfrequency advantageous diseases and 35 were high-frequency compatible acupoints.The results of association rules showed that they were closely associated with Zusanli,Tianshu and Dachangshu acupoints.Cluster analysis showed that 3 types of compatible acupoints were selected.Conclusion:After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the clinical compatibility of the "Jing-river points" of the Six yang meridian has its consistency.It is often used in arthralgia,stroke,ankle sprain and all kinds of pain diseases.However,due to the differences in the meridians and positions of the acupoints,it also has its particularity on the basis of commonness.Through the data mining analysis of modern literature,it reflects the dominant symptoms and compatibility rules of "Jing-river points"of Six yang meridians,which is helpful to the development of teaching,clinical and scientific research.
