Research On Medical Ethics Education And Professional Thought Construction Of Mongolian Medical Professions

This has made clear the center and direction of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Inner Mongolia Minzu University,as a comprehensive university with rapid development,strengthening and improving professional ideological education and medical ethics education is a very key link,and it is also an inevitable requirement of social development in the new era.In particular,students majoring in Mongolian medicine should carry out targeted professional ideological education and medical ethics education to cultivate Mongolian medicine workers with both solid professional knowledge and noble medical ethics.This paper expounds the concepts and connotations of professional ideological education and medical ethics education for students majoring in Mongolian medicine through literature research.The status quo of professional thought and medical ethics education of students majoring in Mongolian medicine was investigated by questionnaire.Epidata3.1 database was established,SPS22.0 software was used for statistics,and Pearson chi-square test was used for statistical analysis.The RESULTS showed THAT THE ideological education and medical ethics education of Mongolian medicine students had achieved remarkable results,but there were still some shortcomings.In this regard,from the individual Angle,the family Angle,the school Angle,the society Angle analyzes the insufficient reason.The following effective measures are given:1.in view of professional ideological education: educators introduce ideological and political curriculum to improve learning enthusiasm;The whole process of teaching is closely combined with professional ideas;Create a strong academic atmosphere of Mongolian medicine;Optimize teaching reform and improve teaching quality.2.Medical ethics education:stimulate students learning motivation and actively play the role model;Strong faculty and pay attention to medical ethics education in teaching practice;Family environment,real society and network environment should make joint efforts to improve the medical ethics of students majoring in Mongolian medicine.Finally,combining professional ideological education with medical ethics education,the necessity of their mutual integration was expounded.Through professional ideological education,medical students should cultivate their medical ethics,improve their sense of service,and establish a professional attitude of love and dedication,so as to cultivate excellent Mongolian medical professionals with both solid professional knowledge and noble medical ethics.
