Objective:To systematically evaluate and describe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with EMG biofeedbacktherapy in nerve repair in cerebral infarction. Methods:Select domestic and foreign literatures that meet the standards, search English databases: Pub Med,Ovid and EMBASE,search Chinese databases: CBM.CNKI and CMJD,and search relevant columns in relevant online websites: WHO,Elsevier, the New England Journal of medicine,JAMA(Jourmal of the American Medical Association),Chinese Medical Joumal Network, etc. The literature on acupuncture and moxibustion combined with EMG biofeedback therapy in the treatment of nerve injury in the cerebral infarction from January 2000 to January 2022 were searched one by one.The full text of the literature was read and screened. The literature was selected according to relevant standards. The data were extracted.Revman 5.4 software was used to analyze the clinical outcome indicators.Results:1.There were 73 documents with final composite requiremennts, and there were5969 cases, which included 3037 cases of the treatment group and 2932 cases of the control group.2.A total of 31 literatures included in the study mentioned Fugl Meyer motor function. The results of Meta-Analysis: MD = 7.32,95% confidence interval=[5.00,9.64],Z=6.19,P<0.00001.The difference was statistically significant, indicating that the efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group.3.The outcome index of ADL score was mentioned in 29 literatures. The results of Meta-Analysis: The daily living ability of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group.MD= 12.61,95% confidence interval = [10.71,14.75],Z = 10.35,P<0.00001.4.There are 26 literatures with clinical efficacy as the observation index. The results of Meta-Analysis: the efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group(MD= 3.70,95% confidence interval=[2.87,4.76],Z=10.15,P<0.00001).5.Swallowing function was mentioned in 7 literatures.Meta analysis results: Theimprovement of swallowing function in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group(MD=1.42,95% confidence interval=[0.51,2.33],Z=3.05,P=0.002).6.EMG evaluation was used as the outcome index in 10 literatures. The results of Meta-Analysis: The improvement effect of EMG function in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group(MD= 17.50,95% confidence interval =[13.26,21.75],Z=8.08,P<0.00001).7.There were 14 literatures mentioned neurological function.Meta analysis results:The effect of improving neural function in the test group is more significant than that in the control group(MD=-3.93,95% confidence interval = [-5.06,-2.81],Z=6.84,P<0.00001).8.Three literatures mentioned cerebral blood flow supply.Meta analysis results: The test group is more significant than the control group in improving the cerebral blood supply(MD=9.78,95% confidence interval= [0.94,18.61],Z = 2.17,P = 0.03).9.Among all the included literatures,11 mentioned the activity I meta-analysis results:The effect of the test group on improving activity is better than that of the control group(MD=4.11,95% confidence interval= [3.66,4.55],Z=18.17,P<0.00001).Conclusion:1.The data of the two groups were evaluated by meta analysis. The results showed that acupuncture combined with EMG biofeedback in the treatment of cerebral infarction has a prominent effect in improving the living ability and reduce the symptoms of neurological function. The results showed acupuncture combined with EMG biofeedback in the treatment of cerebral infarction has a prominent effect in improving motor function score and quality of life. The results showed that acupuncture and moxibustion combined with EMG biofeedback in the treatment of cerebral infarction had good safety, and the safety degree was equivalent to that of the control group. There was significant difference the two groups(P<0.05). |
