Study On The Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Characteristic Of Wang Mengying In Yin Deficiency And Phlegm-syndrome

Objective:From the discussion and summary of the understanding of the syndrome,the study takes the consilia of Wang Mengying,summarizes and analyzes the disease,symptoms and medication rules of the Yin deficiency and phlegm wet syndrome.It is not only to inherit the valuable academic experience of predecessors,but also to provide diagnosis and treatment ideas for current clinical practice.Methods:Combined with theoretical research and data mining,collect the discussion on Yin deficiency phlegm and wet syndrome,consult the medical case of Wang Mengying and other doctors,conduct the theoretical traceability of Yin deficiency phlegm and wet syndrome,select the medical case for data mining;summarize the treatment characteristics of Yin deficiency sputum and wet syndrome.Results:1.The source of Yin deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome was traced;A total of 110 related medical cases were sorted out,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas of Wang’s and the addition and subtraction of common prescriptions were summarized and analyzed combined with the discussion of related typical diseases.2.The etiology of Wang Mengying’s syndrome of Yin deficiency and phlegm-dampness can be divided into two types of factors in successive days;The syndrome of Yin deficiency and phlegm-dampness can be divided into two parts:Yin deficiency holding phlegm and Yin deficiency producing phlegm;Wang Mengying classified the etiology of Yin deficiency and dampness into six aspects:without governance and regulation,obstruction of qi active and phlegm-damp;fire-syndrome caused by hyperactivity of the liver-yang,phlegm obstruct the cardinalate;liver-wind ang liver-Yang’s internal fire,phlegm promoting by liver-wind;Yin deficiency below,phlegm in above;yin fire flaming,refining liquid into phlegm;Yin deficiency and create heat,phlegm-damp blocking collaterals.The diagnosis features are Determine sleep,diet,headache,second stool,sputum,fever,tongue rupture syndrome,and pulse identification syndrome,and Yin deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome unique symptoms.3.A total of 110 cases,118 medical cases,103 effective prescriptions were included in this data study.The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)was used to analyze drug frequency,prescription rules,association rules and new prescriptions.High frequency diseases are:postpartum disease,phlegm cough,malaria,postpartum fever,etc.;high frequency symptoms are:sleepless,soft pulse,no hunger,headache,constipation,etc.The high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine were:Zhuru,angelica sinensis,Coptis coptidis,ophiopogonis japonicus and 15 flavors;The four qi medicinne were mainly cold,warm and flat;The five tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and xin.The frequency of use of lung and stomach channels was higher,followed by heart,kidney,liver and spleen channels.Analysis of medication rules obtained a total of 15 drug combinations:"rhizoma anemarrhenae,trichosanthin" "bamboo shavings,inula flowers""Dendrobium,bamboo shavings" "bamboo shavings,pummelo peel" "bamboo shavings,coptis" and so on.After digging the prescriptions associated with bamboo ru deeply,it was found that bamboo Ru and angelica sinensis had 40%support degree,and it was concluded that bamboo RuAngelica sinensis was the common drug pair for treating Yin deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome.Conclusion:Wang Mengying believed that the main causes of Yin deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome were region,constitution and mistreatment.Yin deficiency and phlegm deficiency,phlegm condense into phlegm,heat stagnation produces wind,phlegm obstructs qi machinery,middle coke mediation and loss of division,resulting in no treatment,qi guilt phlegm stagnation is its main pathogenesis.In diagnosis,Wang identified the initial cold and heat of the disease with the syndrome of tongue demonstration,and observed the course of the disease with tongue demonstration;According to the pulse condition to distinguish Yin deficiency phlegm-dampness syndrome of the inside or outside,deficiency or solid,cold or heat;And pay attention to the differential diagnosis of symptoms.The treatment takes the pathogenesis of contradiction as the main purpose,and develops the contradiction treatment of nourishing Yin and eliminating phlegm,which has the characteristics of adjusting measures for three reasons,attacking and supplementing both,caring for body fluid,and clarifying rules and methods.The treatment has three-dimensional thinking,that is,sweet-cold to cure the upper jiao,salty-cold to help the lower jiao,mixed with a little Xin SAN medicine to smooth the qi function.Stratified medicine use,upper jiao selection of light and clear products,reflecting clear and latent mutual use;Lower jiao mixed with seafood;Good at medicine edible foods such as jellyfish,kelp,etc.Data results show that the bamboo shavings-Chinese angelica to cure Yin deficiency phlegm dampness syndromes of high frequency on,effectively nourish Yin blood,phlegm heat,moisten and resolve phlegm,warm and discutient,elimination Wang Mengying contradictions and pathogenesis,therapy and contradictions of thinking feature of traditional Chinese medicine.And the statistical results showed that the new prescriptions such as fructus ophiopogonis,ophiopogonis pinellia,calcined oyster and calcined turtle plate are the basis of curing Yin deficiency with sweet-salty nourish yin,and Wang’s thought of selecting medicine and formulation with acrid opening and bitter discharge to qi and phlegm and relieve symptoms.
