Research On Yinchuan Government Promotes Combining Medical Care And Elderly Care Services

With the advancement of an aging society,according to the spirit of the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China should take the initiative to adapt to the aging population,promote the integration of medical care and elderly care,and accelerate the development of the cause of aging and the industry of supporting the elderly.There is a problem of unbalanced and insufficient development of my country’s combined medical and elderly care services as a whole.Resources and achievements are mostly concentrated in the developed eastern regions.It is even more important to play a role in promoting the construction of the pension service system.Yinchuan City is one of the livable cities in the country,and the Yinchuan Municipal Government vigorously promotes the comprehensive coordination and sustainable development of the cause of aging.The government should focus on giving full play to its own advantages,and promote the high-quality development of the elderly care service system in an orderly manner through policy support,capital introduction,and public opinion publicity.This paper analyzes the government’s role,advantages and disadvantages in dealing with the problem of aging by studying the support of the Yinchuan municipal government in promoting the combination of medical and elderly care services.Through research,the author found the following problems in the current combined medical and elderly care services:the depth of cooperation between elderly care institutions and medical institutions is limited,the service supply effect is not good,and the types of combined medical and elderly care services are homogeneous;there is a shortage of professionals in the combination of medical and elderly care services;The coverage of services is not comprehensive,and the cost of combined medical and elderly care services is relatively high;there are institutional hedging risks,etc.Combining data analysis and interview results,the causes of the problems are summarized as follows:the government has not clearly regulated the boundaries of power and responsibility between elderly care institutions and medical institutions;the elderly care market is not large enough to support diversified elderly care services;a comprehensive mechanism for the introduction and training of medical personnel has not yet been established;There is a game between medical institutions and the medical insurance supervision department;there is a lack of perfect supervision and management measures.By referring to the development cases of the combination of medical care and elderly care in other cities in China,combined with the analysis of Yinchuan’s own conditions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for improvement:guide the service integration of elderly care institutions and medical institutions through policies and regulations;appropriately grade elderly care services and encourage different institutions to provide their own characteristics Emphasize the construction of professional nursing talents and open up diversified service channels;introduce third-party agencies to intervene to guide medical insurance supervision into stable development;strengthen the supply of long-term medical insurance services for the elderly,etc.
