Objective:In this study,Western medicine combined with Mongolian medicine was used to treat hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. The prognosis of patients was evaluated by statistical methods, and the curative effect of Ganglioside combined with Eerdun Wurile was summarized. Methods:Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study were collected from the Second Clinical Medical College of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities(Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital)from October 2021 to February 2023,record the patient’s general information(including age, gender, time of onset, bleeding site, past medical history,etc.).Patients were cycled into four groups in the order of 1,2,3 and 4: 1 Control group: receiving conventional symptomatic supportive treatment;2 Western medicine group: receiving conventional symptomatic supportive treatment in addition to ganglioside;3 Mongolian medicine group: on the basis of conventional symptomatic supportive treatment,Eerdun Wurile was added;4 Combined administration group: combined administration of ganglioside and Eerdun Wurile on the basis of conventional symptomatic supportive treatment.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and activity of daily living(ADL)score were recorded before and after treatment, and then the efficacy was compared between groups.Statistical methods were used for analysis, and conclusions were drawn. Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between control group, western medicine group,Mongolian medicine group and combination group(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the effect after treatment. Before treatment, there was no statistical difference in NIHSS score between control group, western medicine group,Mongolian medicine group and combination group(P > 0.05);NIHSS score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05);After treatment,NIHSS score of western medicine group,Mongolian medicine group and combination group was slightly lower than that of control group, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).There was no statistical difference in ADL score between control group, western medicine group,Mongolian medicine group and combination group before treatment(P > 0.05);ADL score after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and ADL score after treatment in western medicine group,Mongolian medicine group and combination group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between western medicine group,Mongolian medicine group and combination group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The use of Western medicine alone,Mongolian medicine alone and combined medicine had positive effects on the improvement of nerve function and the improvement of daily living ability in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. There was no significant effect in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage compared with western medicine or Mongolian medicine alone, and both drugs were relatively safe.
