Curative Effect Of Xinyi Qingfeihuodan Granules On Rheumatism And Lung Heat Syndrome Of Allergic Rhinitis In Children

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xinyi Qingfeihuodan Granules on rheumatism and lung heat syndrome of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods:72 children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was orally given Mondelukast sodium chewable tablets,and coptis oil(hospital preparation)was applied to dry nasal cavity or lips,etc.The treatment group was additionally given Xinyi Qingfeihuodan granules.Detailed records were made of the general condition of the children and the integration of the observation indicators.Adjust dosage according to age.The treatment course of the two groups was14 days.After the treatment course,TCM syndrome scores and symptom scores of the two groups were compared.SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used for analysis,and different statistical methods were used to compare the results before and after treatment between the two groups and within the two groups,so as to obtain the difference in clinical efficacy between the control group and the treatment group.Results:In the course of treatment,2 and 3 children in the treatment group and the control group were shed due to the use of nasal hormone drugs and inability to cooperate.Therefore,there were 34 children in the treatment group and 33 in the control group.After 14 days of clinical observation,the effective rate was 94.12% in the treatment group and81.82% in the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes,main disease scores,nasal signs and secondary disease scores were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in nasal obstruction,nasal itching,epistaxis,red lip and dry mouth,irritability and heat,eye itching or foreign body sensation,dry stool(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in runny nose and sneezing and nasal signs(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinyi Qingfeihuodan Granules have obvious improvement effect on the symptoms of rheumatism and lung heat syndrome of allergic rhinitis in children without clinical adverse reactions,which reflects the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and can be popularized in clinic.
