| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Wang Mengying Wang ’s Lianpu Decoction in the treatment of Hp-related chronic non-atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach damp-heat type in Qing Dynasty,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,68 patients with Hp-related chronic non-atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type who were admitted to the outpatient and inpatient wards of the Department of Spleen and Stomach of Shandong Xinzhong Lu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules 20 mg,bismuth potassium citrate capsules 0.6 g,amoxicillin capsules 1 g,and clarithromycin sustained-release tablets 0.5 g,twice a day for two weeks.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine granule Wangshi Lianpu Decoction for two weeks.One week after the end of treatment,gastroscopy was reviewed,and 13 C breath test was reviewed one month later.The symptom scores,total syndrome scores and gastric mucosal scores of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded to evaluate their efficacy.At the same time,the eradication of Hp after treatment in the two groups was observed to calculate the eradication rate of Hp.SPSS 27.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results: Among the 68 patients included in the study,3 cases were lost during the study,1 case was excluded,and 64 cases were actually completed.There were 32 cases in the treatment group and the control group.(1)General data analysis:There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(p>0.05)(2)Comparison of single symptom scores:There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the improvement of symptoms such as epigastric fullness,epigastric pain,sticky and bitter mouth,sticky stool,heartburn,poor appetite,nausea and vomiting,and body drowsiness(p<0.05).There was a significant difference in nausea and vomiting(p=0.008<0.01),but there was no significant difference in acid reflux symptoms(p=0.548>0.05).Conclusion:Wang ’s Lianpu Decoction has certain advantages in the treatment of Hp-related chronic non-atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type,which can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,repair damaged gastric mucosa,and improve the clearance rate of Hp.(3)The total score of TCM syndromes and curative effect : the total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly before and after treatment,indicating that the two groups of drugs were effective in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach damp-heat type,but the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(93.75%>78.13%),suggesting that the treatment group was more effective in the treatment of the disease.(4)Improvement of gastric mucosa under gastroscopy :There was no significant difference in gastric mucosal score between the two groups before treatment(p=0.396>0.05),which was clinically comparable.After treatment,the gastric mucosal score of the two groups decreased significantly,indicating that the two groups of drugs were effective in improving gastric mucosa,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(p=0.002<0.05),and the effective rate was higher(87.50 % > 71.88 %).(5)Hp eradication rate:The Hp eradication rate of the treatment group was 84.38%higher than that of the control group 68.75%,indicating that the treatment group was more effective in eradicating Hp.(6)Safety evaluation : The safety indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were normal.Although there were adverse reactions during the treatment(3cases in both groups,including 1 case of diarrhea in the treatment group,1 case of diarrhea and 1 case of vomiting in the control group),the symptoms were mild.Without special treatment,the symptoms were relieved,indicating that the two groups of drugs were relatively safe and reliable,but in terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the treatment group was 3.125% lower than the control group 6.25%.Conclusion : Wang ’s Lianpu Decoction has certain advantages in the treatment of Hp-related chronic non-atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.It can significantly improve the symptoms of patients,repair the damaged gastric mucosa,and improve the clearance rate of Hp. |
