Analysis Of Professor Zhang Minghe’s Medication Pattern For The Treatment Of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Using The Elimination Method

Objective: To provide experience and reference for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)by collecting the cases of Professor Zhang Minghe’s treatment of SLE,using data mining methods,deeply excavating the inheritance of Professor Zhang Minghe’s use of elimination methods to treat SLE with the help of the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform System(V2.5)",and summarizing its academic thought.Methods: By collecting the case data and prescriptions of Professor Zhang Minghe in the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2020-12-01 to 2022-10-01 on the treatment of patients with SLE,with the help of the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V2.5)".The software conducts statistical processing and analysis,and through the analysis of the data,Professor Zhang’s medication rules and compatibility characteristics in the treatment of SLE are obtained,thereby condensing Professor Zhang Minghe’s academic thinking of using the elimination method to treat SLE,in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.Results: A total of 101 patients were included in this study,with a total of 200 visits.With the help of the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V2.5)" software,it was analyzed that the top ten drugs used by Professor Zhang in the treatment of SLE were forsythia,Astragalus,Fructus Broussonetiae,Cyrtomium fortunei,Lianxu,Gorgon,Cornus,Raspberry,Notopterygium,Hedyotis diffusa.When Professor Zhang Minghe treats SLE,the commonly used types of drugs are tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,astringent drugs,and blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs.Among them,purgatives are used most often;warm,flat,cool,and hot drugs,the frequency of use of hot and cool drugs is less than 2%;among the five flavors,sweet drugs are the main ones,followed by bitter,pungent,astringent,sour,and salty;The meridians are the main ones,followed by the kidney,lung,spleen,and heart meridians.Under the association rules of prescription rules,50 commonly used core drug pairs were analyzed,among which the most frequently used core drug pairs were Lianxu and Gorgon,and 13 new prescriptions for the treatment of SLE were obtained through complex entropy clustering algorithm.Conclusion:Professor Zhang Minghe believes that SLE is an evidence of original deficiency and symptomatic reality,with the original deficiency referring to liver and kidney deficiency and the symptomatic reality referring to heat toxicity,which is an important etiological mechanism for the development of SLE.It is also pointed out that blood stasis is not only an important pathological product in the disease process,but also an important pathogenic factor that aggravates the disease.We advocate the combination of disease identification and evidence identification.Professor Zhang Minghe achieved the purpose of pain relief,swelling and spots elimination on the basis of the analysis of the data results,the essential characteristics of SLE "heat,stasis,and deficiency",and through applying the method of elimination,the heat-clearing medicine,astringent medicine,tonic medicine,blood-activating and stasis-removing medicine,etc.,to formulate flexibly.
