Clinical Study Of Liange Capsule On Improving Left Ventricular End Diastolic And Carotid Intima-media Thickness In Young Patients With Essential Hypertension Of Liver-fire Type

Objective:In this study,we analyzed the efficacy of Liangge capsule in improving young patients with essential hypertension of liver-fire type,observed the efficacy of TCM syndrome,TCM syndrome score,blood pressure change level,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,carotid intima-media thickness,and blood lipid level before and after treatment in the two groups,evaluated the efficacy and safety of Liangge capsule in improving young patients with essential hypertension,and preliminarily explored its mechanism,providing evidence-based medical evidence for promoting the clinical application of Liangge capsule.Methods:Ninety-six young patients with essential hypertension who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)according to random number table.The control group was treated with general drugs.The observation group was combined with Liangge capsule on the basis of the control group.The treatment course was 8 weeks.The differences in TCM syndrome efficacy,TCM syndrome score,blood pressure,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,carotid intima-media thickness and blood lipid level were compared between the two groups.The results were statistically analyzed with SPSS 26.0,and the causes and mechanisms of the differences were preliminarily analyzed.Results:1.Efficacy of TCM syndrome:The effective rate of TCM syndrome was91.11% in the observation group and 68.89% in the control group,which was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);2.TCM syndrome score:the TCM syndrome score after treatment in both groups was significantly lower than that before intervention(P<0.05),and the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);3.Blood pressure change level:the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter after treatment in both groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);5.Carotid intima-media thickness:the carotid intima-media thickness after treatment in both groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of carotid intima-media thickness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);6.Blood lipid level:The blood lipid level in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of blood lipid level in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);7.Adverse reactions:3 patients in the observation group had mild dizziness,and 2 patients in the control group had palpitation.No serious adverse events occurred in either group.Conclusion:Liangge capsule can significantly improve the left ventricular diameter and carotid intima-media thickness,delay or even reverse the process of left ventricular remodeling and atherosclerosis in young patients with essential hypertension of liver-fire inflammation type,and the antihypertensive effect is stable and good.It is worthy of being widely popularized in clinical practice.
