| Objective:This study aims to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of the femur,and observe the clinical effect of Bugu Prescription in the treatment of osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture after PFNA internal fixation.It provides theoretical basis and clinical basis for the treatment of osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of the femur and promoting the rapid recovery of lower limb function after operation.Methods:From November 2021 to September 2022,80 patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and underwent PFNA internal fixation were selected.According to the principle of random grouping,patients were randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases and given routine postoperative treatment;The treatment group consisted of 40 patients who were treated with Bugu Prescription for 12 weeks on the basis of routine postoperative treatment.Compare the differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,pain visual simulation scores,hip joint function scores,and fracture healing time between two groups of patients with osteoporosis.Use SPSS 25.0 for data statistics to observe the clinical efficacy of Bugu Prescription in treating osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Results:After treatment,the treatment group had statistical significance compared with the control group in terms of fracture clinical healing time,TCM syndrome score,pain visual simulation score,and hip joint function score.After treatment,the patients in both groups completed the follow-up three months after operation.As of the last follow-up,the patients in both groups had achieved bone healing,and the healing time in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01);After treatment,the symptoms of pain,swelling,ecchymosis,functional limitation,waist and knee tenderness,fatigue and fatigue of the patients in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with those in the control group,and their TCM syndrome scores were significantly better than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01);The pain visual analog scores of the two groups were compared on the 1st,3rd,7th day and the 4th and 12 th week after operation.The results showed that the VAS scores of the two groups were not significantly different on the 1st day after operation(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups on the 3rd and 7th day after operation were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups were compared on the 4th and 12 th week after operation,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that Bugu Prescription can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients in the early stage of treatment;Compared the hip joint function scores of patients 12 weeks after operation,the results showed that there was a significant difference in the hip joint function scores between the two groups.The score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01),and the number of patients with excellent and good hip joint function scores in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that Bugu Prescription can promote the functional recovery of the hip joint of patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture after operation.Conclusion:The application of Bugu Prescription combined with calcium carbonate D3 chewable tablets after surgery for osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures can accelerate fracture healing,significantly shorten fracture healing time,effectively improve traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of osteoporosis,alleviate and alleviate postoperative pain symptoms,and effectively promote the recovery of hip joint function in patients.It has good clinical effects and therapeutic effects,Provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures of the femur due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis. |
