Study On The Correlation Between The Pathological Type Of Lung Nodule Surgery And The Patient’s Birth Luck And Constitution

Objective: This study is based on the theory of five movements and six qi and the method of TCM constitution differentiation.Through collecting the incidence data of patients suffering from pulmonary nodules and receiving surgical treatment,it analyzes the date of birth of the investigated patients and the classification of TCM constitution,and discusses the correlation between the five movements and six qi and its incidence,with a view to further promoting the clinical prevention and treatment of postoperative pulmonary nodules.Methods: This study uses the method of case investigation to collect the outpatient and inpatient medical records of patients with pulmonary nodule surgery who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2022 to January 2023,collect basic information,fill in the Chinese medicine physical fitness survey form,establish a database for patients with pulmonary nodule surgery who meet the standards,and use SPSS23.0 for statistical analysis,To explore the characteristics of five movements and six qi and qi at birth,the distribution of TCM constitution and its correlation in patients with different pathological types of pulmonary nodules undergoing surgery.Results:1.General data: 264 cases were included in this study,with an average age of(59.16 ± 10.96)years,including 122(46.2%)male patients and 142(53.8%)female patients.There was no statistical difference in gender and age distribution.174 cases(66.30%)had the largest diameter of nodules with a distribution of 10-30 mm;73 patients(27.65%)had a definite family history of tumor;264 patients had a history of dust and oil fume exposure,of which 145 patients(54.93%)were exposed to dust and oil fume every day.2.Postoperative pathological results: 26 cases(9.85%)of benign nodules,238 cases(90.15%)of malignant nodules,184 cases(77.31%)of malignant nodules,155 cases(84.23%)of infiltrating adenocarcinoma in lung adenocarcinoma,29 cases(15.77%)of micro-invasive adenocarcinoma,2 cases of atypical adenomatous hyperplasia in precursor gland lesion group,34 cases of adenocarcinoma in situ,12 cases(5.04%)of squamous cell carcinoma,3 cases(1.26%)of small cell lung cancer Three cases(1.26%)were adenosquamous carcinoma.There were significant differences in the distribution of precursor gland lesions,microinvasive adenocarcinoma,invasive adenocarcinoma and constitution among different pathological types and constitution(P<0.05).3.Five transports and six qi: 36 patients with lung nodules were born in the most years of life,and 16 patients in the least years of life,with no statistical difference in distribution(P>0.05).The age distribution of the date of birth was no significant difference(P>0.05).There were 52 cases with the most dominant qi in the distribution of the dominant qi on the date of birth,which was Yangming dry gold and Taiyin wet soil,and at least 29 cases with the sun cold water.There was no statistical difference in the distribution(P>0.05).There were 57 cases with the highest distribution of Qi on the date of birth,and 37 cases with the lowest distribution of cold water in the sun.There was no statistical difference in the distribution(P>0.05).The distribution of the birth date of Sitian in the spring was the highest in 60 cases,and the lowest in 34 cases,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).From the perspective of different pathological types and birth luck,invasive adenocarcinoma had statistical significance(P>0.05).4.Distribution of constitution: the frequency of constitution occurrence is as follows: Qi deficiency in 80 cases(30.3%)>Qi stagnation in 51 cases(19.3%)>calm in 28 cases(10.6%)>Yang deficiency in 27 cases(10.2%)>phlegm-dampness in 26 cases(26%)>dampheat in 18 cases(6.8%)>blood stasis in 15 cases(5.7%)>Yin deficiency in 12 cases(4.5%)>intrinsic quality in 7 cases(2.7%),of which the proportion of Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation is significantly higher than other constitutions.The distribution of constitution types was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The correlation between the five movements and six qi and the distribution of constitution:the distribution of the main qi of the peacefulness in the constitution at different birth dates was statistically significant(P.There was no statistical difference in the distribution of the nine constitutions of the patients with pulmonary nodules in different birth dates(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The postoperative pathology of patients is mainly malignant nodules,of which infiltrating adenocarcinoma is the most common.The infiltrating adenocarcinoma and the age and age of patients are statistically significant.There were statistically significant differences in the distribution of precursor gland lesions,micro-invasive adenocarcinoma,invasive adenocarcinoma and constitution.2.Luck factors of patients undergoing lung nodule surgery are related to the onset of the disease.The predisposing factors are: lack of fire in the old age,the main qi is the five qi of yang ming dry gold and the four qi of taiyin wet earth,the guest qi is jueyin feng mu,and si tian yang ming dry gold-jun huo in spring shaoyin.3.The occurrence of pulmonary nodules is closely related to the distribution of constitution.Most of them are biased constitution,and the top three are qi deficiency,qi depression and yang deficiency.There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of the main qi and the constitution of the patients with pulmonary nodules.
