Objective: This study observed the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder on gastrointestinal motility of patients with MODSE combined with malnutrition from multiple perspectives, including the score of overall gastrointestinal dysfunction, the number of bowel sounds, the score of TCM syndromes, the improvement of nutritional status and prognosis, and further explore its therapeutic mechanism,it will open up new ideas for the treatment of gastrointestinal motility problems in patients with MODSE combined with malnutrition. Methods: 60 patients with MODSE complicated with malnutrition and gastrointestinal motility disorders were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria established in this study,They were divided into the treatment group(Shenling Baizhu Powder+Western medicine treatment)and the control group(Western medicine treatment)according to the random number table method. Each group had 30 cases and 14 days of treatment.Collect general information of two groups of patients;Observe the changes of gastrointestinal dysfunction score, frequency of bowel sounds,TCM syndrome score, nutritional index,APACHE Ⅱ score and other data of the two groups before and after treatment.Collect and sort out data for statistical analysis.Results:1.General information: There was no difference in age, sex, basic disease and organ dysfunction between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Gastrointestinal dysfunction score、acute physiology and chronic health score(APACHE Ⅱ)、TCM syndrome score: After treatment, the gastrointestinal dysfunction score,APACHE Ⅱ score and TCM syndrome score of patients in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment, and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Clinical efficacy evaluation: After treatment, the effective rate of79.31% in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of 48.15%in the control group(P<0.05).4.Number of bowel sounds: After treatment, the frequency of bowel sounds in both groups increased compared with that before treatment, and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.Nutritional indicators: After treatment, the levels of serum albumin(ALB),serum prealbumin(PA)and hemoglobin(Hb)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Shenling Baizhu Powder can improve the score of gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with MODSE combined with malnutrition and gastrointestinal motility disorder, increase the number of bowel sounds, enhance gastrointestinal peristalsis, and promote gastrointestinal motility.2.The treatment of patients with MODSE combined with malnutrition and gastrointestinal motility disorder by Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with conventional western medicine can significantly reduce their TCM syndrome score, improve their clinical symptoms, improve their nutritional index level and improve their nutritional status.3.The patients with MODSE combined with malnutrition and gastrointestinal motility disorder can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the severity of the disease to a certain extent by adding Shenling Baizhu Powder to the symptomatic treatment of conventional western medicine.
