Spleen And Calming Massage Combined With Acupuncture To Treat Children’s Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of children’s attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,in order to provide safe and effective treatment for children’s attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Methods:60 children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder(heart and spleen deficiency)who met the screening criteria were randomly divided into 30 cases in treatment group(spleen and shen massage combined with acupuncture group)and control group(30 cases in acupuncture group).On the basis of behavioral intervention,①treatment group:acupuncture and massage;acupuncture:chong,large vertebra,winding pool and inner pass;acupuncture operation:twist into needle,filling method,leaving no needle;Massage operation:filling the spleen,knead the plate door,the gossip,pinch the four horizontal lines,tamping small Tianxin,knead the hundred,four god cong,vestibular,knead the middle wan,clockwise abdomen,knead the pulse,knead the bladder meridian,chiropractic.② Control group:the treatment time and course of acupuncture selection were consistent with the treatment group.Both groups were treated once a second day for 4 weeks.After the course of treatment,the Conners score and TCM syndrome score were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:① Overall efficiency evaluation:the total response rate of the treatment group and the control group was 85.71%and 70.37%,respectively.Comparing the total response rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②Conners Scale integral evaluation:The scores of learning,impulse hyperactivity and hyperactivity index were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.③ Evaluation of TCM disease points:the treatment group and the control group compared the points of inattention and hyperactivity,with significant difference(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group.④ Evaluation of TCM points:the treatment group and the control group compared poor sleep and abnormal stool were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.⑤ Safety evaluation:both groups had no obvious adverse reactions and had good safety.Conclusion:The massage method of children’s attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(heart and spleen deficiency)has a good effect,especially in improving children with inattention,hyperactivity impulse,diet,sleep stool and other clinical symptoms are significant,can provide a new treatment scheme for clinical treatment of ADHD,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
