| Objective: To objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Guizhi Lingjiao Decoction in the treatment of juvenile pseudomyopia caused by rising of Jueyin and weakness,and summarize the experience to broaden the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: A total of 120 eyes of 60 patients who met the research criteria of this subject were randomly divided into experimental group(Guizhilingjiao decoction plus or minus)and control group(0.01% atropine eye drops),with 30 cases in each group.The treatment time was 1 month.The changes of naked eye vision,diopter and TCM symptom score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the data were statistically analyzed and processed with SPSS25.0 software.Results: (1)Before treatment,the basic information(gender and age),duration of disease,naked eye vision,diopter and TCM symptom score of patients in the experimental group and the control group were statistically calculated.The results showed that there was no statistical difference,and the data of the two groups were comparable.(2)After one month of treatment,the naked eye vision and diopter of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within and between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of various TCM symptom scores before and after treatment between the two groups shows that the two treatment methods have curative effects on the main symptoms of blurred vision.The control group has no obvious effect on improving the secondary symptoms such as restlessness of sleep,anorexia,thin body,and inattention,while the experimental group has better effect on comprehensively improving TCM symptoms than the control group.In terms of total curative effect,the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.000%,and the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 75.000%.The statistical test showed that the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Guizhi Lingjiao Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of juvenile pseudomyopia with asthenia due to rising of Jueyin.It can improve both vision and systemic symptoms,and is worthy of further clinical application. |
