Clinical Study Of Add And Subtract Xiaoxuming Decoction Combined With Transcranial Magnetic Therapy For Post-Stroke Lower Limb Spasm Of Wind Phlegm Type

Objective: To verify the efficacy and safety of the treatment of lower extremity muscle spasm after stroke by observing the clinical efficacy of the application of small life-sustaining tonga plus minus combined with transcranial magnetism in the treatment of lower extremity muscle spasm after stroke,and to provide new methods and ideas for the treatment of this disease.Methods: A total of 78 inpatients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the Department of Encephalopathy Rehabilitation of Tai ’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group(conventional medical treatment + low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic)and observation group(conventional medical treatment + low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic + Xiaoxuming Decoction),39 cases in each group,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Statistical analysis was used to analyze the lower limb muscle tension rating(MAS),TCM syndrome score,Fugl-Meyer assessment scale lower limb partial score(FMA-LE)and modified Barthel index(MBI)in the modified Ashworth spasm rating scale before and after treatment,and to evaluate its efficacy.Results: A total of 4 cases were excluded for various reasons during the study,and 37 subjects in each of the two groups were finally completed.There was no difference in general between the two groups(P>0.05).Among the evaluation indexes of spasticity efficacy,the effective rate of 91.89%in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group of 75.67%(P<0.01).Among the efficacy indexes of traditional Chinese medicine,the effective rate of 89.19% in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group of 70.27%(P<0.05).After the end of treatment,the scores of various scales in both groups were improved compared with the previous group,and the improvement degree of MAS rating,FMA-LE score and MBI score in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of the medical symptom score in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the main evidence of improvement was "upper limb immobility","lower limb immobility","crooked mouth and tongue","dizziness" and secondary symptoms "headache,pain with certainty","sputum production","purple lips" and "limb urgency" It has more advantages(P<0.05);there are no serious adverse reactions and adverse events during treatment,and the safety is good.Conclusion: Xiaoxuming Decoction combined with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic therapy is superior to single lowfrequency repetitive transcranial magnetic therapy in improving the scores of modern rehabilitation rating scale and TCM syndromes in patients with lower limb muscle spasm after stroke,and has good safety.No serious adverse reactions and adverse events have proved that Xiaoxuming Decoction combined with low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic therapy can reduce the level of muscle tension and spasm in patients with lower limb muscle spasm after stroke,improve TCM-related symptoms,and improve patients ’ lower limb motor function and activities of daily living.
