Clinical Study Of Bufei Jianpi Decoction In The Treatment Of Cancer-Related Fatigue Of Lung Cancer With Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen Qi

Objective:To observe the effect of Bufei Jianpi Decoction on lung cancer-related fatigue patients with deficiency of lung and spleen qi,to accumulate more clinical data for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given nondrug intervention measures,and the observation group was given Bufei Jianpi Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score,Piper fatigue scale score,CFS score,peripheral blood picture(red blood cell,white blood cell,platelet,hemoglobin)and Karnofsky score were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy of this prescription.Results:(1)TCM syndrome score: The decrease range in the observation group was more than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Piper fatigue scale score: The scores of PFS and the scores of fatigue of behavior,emotion and cognition in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body dimension between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)CFS score: Compared with the control group,the CFS score in the observation group decreased significantly,and the improvement of CFS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05).(4)peripheral hemogram: There was no significant difference in red blood cell,hemoglobin and platelet between the two groups(P>0.05).In white blood cell,the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Karnofsky score:There was no significant difference in the improvement of physical strength(P>0.05).Conclusion: Bufei Jianpi decoction has significant effect in improving TCM syndrome,relieving fatigue level.It also has no obvious adverse reaction.It has good clinical efficacy.It was worthy of promoting the application.
