Objective: To analyze the current independent factors affecting residents’ health literacy level through a survey of urban residents’ health literacy level and health literacy-related surveys in a analysis on the demographic characteristics of the survey respondents, test the factors influencing residents’ health literacy, and conduct logistic regression analysis on the overall health literacy level and three aspects of health literacy to analyze the factors influencing residents’ health literacy;the "Knowing,Believing,Acting" theoretical model was used as a reference to analyze the factors influencing residents’ health literacy. The theoretical model of "Knowing,Believing and Acting" was used as a reference to construct a model and analyze the paths of urban residents’ health literacy, and explore the interrelationship between different paths. Results: In this study on residents’ health literacy,a total of 1500 urban residents aged15-69 in a city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were surveyed,1376 questionnaires were recovered, and the effective recovery rate was 94.44%;500questionnaires were distributed for the survey related to residents’ health literacy,469 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the effective recovery rate was 93.8,and the specific results include.(1)The overall health literacy level of urban residents in a city in 2022 is 22.2%,among which level and past-year income of the population under the three aspects of health literacy were statistically significant, and the differences in the four demographic characteristics of age, marital status, length of residence, and past-year income The differences in age, marital status, length of residence, and past year’s income were statistically significant in the four demographic characteristics;the overall health literacy level and the results of the three aspects of health literacy were analyzed by multi-factor logistic regression analysis.(2)The population with the lowest health literacy(3)This time, the residents’ knowledge of basic public health service programs is average, with a total knowledge rate of 158 people(33.7%),and the highest satisfaction rate of free vaccination services, establishment of urban and rural residents’ health records and health management of children aged 0-6,with an overall satisfaction rate of59.3%;the level of health literacy has a strong correlation with the knowledge rate of basic public health services, and is positively correlated with the overall satisfaction rate of services.(4)In the correlation analysis of the health cultivation of health skills, especially on the formation of health concepts;meanwhile, the formation of healthy lifestyles and behaviors is mainly directly influenced by health knowledge and health
