In recent years,the state has gradually increased the importance of higher vocational education.How to cultivate high level technical skill talents to promote industrial development and guarantee regional economic and social development is a realistic problem that higher vocational colleges and universities need to face in talent cultivation.Industry-university-research cooperation has become one of the important channels to improve the quality of talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges and universities through complementary resources and capacity sharing among higher vocational colleges,enterprises,industries and research institutes.However,due to the special characteristics of the healthcare industry,such as long training period,large cost and limitation of enterprise selection,the development of nursing professional talents training in higher vocational colleges and universities under industry-university-research collaboration is relatively lagging behind.To this end,this paper analyzes and summarizes the problems and causes of talent cultivation of nursing professionals in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of collaborative students,takes the theory of collaborative governance as the theoretical guide,takes Taian T Nursing Vocational College as an example,and proposes countermeasures to improve the talent cultivation mechanism of nursing professionals in higher vocational colleges under the perspective of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.This study takes Taian T Nursing Vocational College as an example to explore the role of each subject in the talent cultivation of higher education institutions in the process of University-Industry-Research Collaboration.The specific study adopts the interview method to conduct more comprehensive interviews with five subjects including school leaders,teachers,students,hospital enterprises,and government to get first-hand data and explore the problems in the process of talent cultivation under the perspective of industry-university-research synergy in Taian T Nursing Vocational College,specifically including the difficulty of integrating the goals of all subjects,the lack of cooperation motivation mechanism among subjects,the inadequacy of information sharing and information communication,and the multiple subjects The lack of organization and coordination mechanism.Based on the theory of collaborative governance as a guide,this study optimizes the operation of mechanism and proposes a framework for the operation mechanism of nursing talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and universities from the perspective of industry-university-research collaborative innovation: it includes two major parts,including subject elements and mechanism elements;subject elements mainly include the government that plays a leading role and the tripartite subjects that directly participate in industry-university-research;mechanism elements mainly include goal mechanism,external motivation mechanism,communication mechanism and incentive mechanism,and From this perspective,we propose specific mechanism countermeasures for the participation of each subject in talent cultivation through University-Industry-Research Collaborative Innovation:optimizing the clear and continuous goal mechanism among subjects,optimizing the external motivation mechanism led by the government,improving the communication mechanism based on the information sharing platform,and improving the incentive mechanism based on the assessment and evaluation system,in order to help improve the quality of talent cultivation of nursing majors in higher vocational colleges.
