Effect Of Tongue Pressure Resistance Feedback Training Combined With Chinese Medicine Popsicle Pharyngeal Stimulation On The Mobility Of Hyoid-larynx Complex In Patients With Dysphagia After Stroke

Objective: To explore the influence of pressure impedance feedback training combined with Chinese medicine popsicle pharynx stimulation on the mobility of hyoid-larynx complex in patients with dysphagia after stroke and observe its clinical effect through quantitative analysis,and to provide clinical research support for the treatment scheme of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the improvement of swallowing function.Methods: From January 2022 to December 2022,90 stroke patients with dysphagia were selected from the rehabilitation ward of the Department of Neurology,Ruikang Hospital affiliated to guangxi university of chinese medicine,and the 90 selected patients were divided into 3 groups by random number distribution method.30 cases in each group.Control group(given routine swallowing rehabilitation training);Treatment group A(routine swallowing rehabilitation training plus tongue pressure resistance feedback training);Treatment group B(given routine swallowing rehabilitation training+tongue pressure resistance feedback training+Chinese medicine popsicle pharynx stimulation treatment).Before and after treatment,swallowing contrast examination(VFSS score,measuring the activity of hyoid-larynx complex),Wadian drinking water test(WST score),infiltration-aspiration evaluation scale(PAS score),functional oral feeding scale(FOIS score)and swallowing function evaluation(SSA)were performed respectively.By collecting data,according to statistical analysis,is there a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group?It is used to explain the influence of tongue pressure resistance feedback training combined with Chinese medicine popsicle throat stimulation on the mobility of hyoid-larynx complex after stroke,and to reflect the curative effect of this combined therapy on dysphagia after stroke.Results: All three treatment groups can improve dysphagia,but the curative effect of combined treatment group is better than other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion(s): Tongue pressure resistance feedback training combined with Chinese medicine popsicle throat stimulation has a significant effect on dysphagia after cerebral infarction,which can shorten the treatment time and effectively improve the mobility of hyoid-larynx complex,which is beneficial to the recovery of swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Tongue pressure resistance feedback training combined with Chinese medicine popsicle throat stimulation treatment scheme has the best effect.
