A Study On Drugs Regularity Of Professor Bin Bin’s Treating Impotence Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: This study uses the software of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)" to explore Professor Bin Bin’s medical record of treating impotence with traditional Chinese medicine,summarize Professor Bin Bin’s medication experience in treating impotence such as prescription and compatibility rules,provide ideas and basis for the treatment of impotence with traditional Chinese medicine,and enrich,inherit and promote his academic thought and experience.Methods: The author collected 266 medical records of patients diagnosed as "impotence" who were treated by Professor Binbin in the andrology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022.The software "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)" is used to carry out statistical analysis on the four qi and five flavors,meridian tropism,and efficacy classification of drugs involved in the prescription,and to mine and analyze the drug pairs,core combinations,and potential new drugs through association rules,k-means clustering algorithm,and regression analysis model algorithm.Results: The author collected 266 medical records of patients diagnosed as "impotence" who were treated by Professor Binbin in the andrology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022.The software "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)" is used to carry out statistical analysis on the four qi and five flavors,meridian tropism and efficacy classification of the drugs involved in the prescription,and to mine drug pairs,core combinations and potential new prescriptions through association rules,k-means clustering algorithm and regression analysis model algorithm.A total of 266 medical records of Professor Bin Bin’s treatment of impotence are collected.The drugs with higher frequency in the prescription include Epimedium,Codonopsis pilosula,Cuscuta chinensis,oyster,Schisandra chinensis Astragalus,Dipsacus,Chinese wolfberry,angelica,antler cream,motherwort,centipede,Lulutong,Shenqu,Ziheche,liquorice,white peony,Chuanxiong,tuckahoe,etc.Among the four kinds of drugs,Professor Binbin used a high proportion of mild and mild drugs;Among the five flavors of drugs,the proportion of sweet,spicy and bitter drugs is high,while the proportion of salty and sour drugs is relatively low.From the perspective of drug classification,the proportion of drugs in liver,kidney and spleen channels is high.Set the support number of 140,confidence ≥ 0.9,analyze 63 pairs of the most commonly used drug pairs and 100 core drug combinations,and get 4 potential new prescription core combinations,namely "centipede,epimedium,chuanxiong,earthworm,white peony,licorice","epimedium,astragalus,dodder seed,Dipsacus,Codonopsis pilosula,angelica","epimedium,centipede,licorice,codonopsis pilosula,tuckahoe,bupleurum" "Schisandra chinensis,epimedium,centipede,dodder seed,tuckahoe,oyster".And analyze it.Conclusion(s): Based on the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0)" software,the medical records of Professor Bin Bin ’s treatment of impotence were excavated and combined with the teacher’s clinical experience,the following conclusions were obtained :1.Professor Bin Bin ’s prescription was gentle and gentle,and the yin and yang were balanced.2.Professor Bin Bin attaches great importance to the influence of emotional factors on sexual function.The heart and liver are closely related to emotion,and impotence is treated by softening liver,soothing liver,nourishing liver and regulating mind.3.Professor Bin bin ’s treatment of impotence is based on the method of "man’s yang,taking dredging as use ",reinforcing and reducing,reinforcing and dredging,and reinforcing without stagnation.4.Professor Bin Bin treats impotence with the principle of treating both liver and kidney and protecting the spleen and stomach.His experience has certain guidance and reference significance for the diagnosis and treatment of impotence.
