Analysis Of Medical Cases Of Chronic Aplastic Anemia Treated By Modern Famous Chinese Medicine Practitioner Based On Data Mining

Objective: Analyzing the relevant literature on the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia by famous traditional Chinese medicin,to summarize the experience and medication rules of famous traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic aplastic anemia,and provide reference for future doctors in treating chronic aplastic anemia.Methods: Collecting the medical records of modern(1949 to October 2022)famous Chinese medical practitioners treating chronic aplastic anemia,screen the medical records that meet the standards,and standardize the medical record information.Enter the medical cases that meet the standards into the auxiliary platform software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(V2.5)according to the relevant chapters to establish a database,and use the statistical report part and data analysis part of the software to conduct data mining on the input data,and analyze and discuss the data mining results in combination with clinical and TCM theoretical knowledge.Results:(1)A total of 141 medical records were included and 154 prescriptions were obtained.Among them,male accounted for 53.9%(76)and female accounted for 46.1%(65),including 8 persons in the group ≥60 years old,38 persons in the group 40-60 years old,and 85 persons in the group ≤ 40 years old.(2)Frequency statistics: There are 66 symptoms,33 syndromes,41 treatment principles and 181 traditional Chinese medicines in the medical records.The statistical results of symptoms showed that the common symptoms were fatigue,dizziness,subcutaneous ecchymosis,epistaxis,pale face and waist pain.Most of them are qi and blood deficiency,kidney deficiency and yang deficiency;The five most common syndromes are: deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of kidney-yin and yang,deficiency of kidney-yang,deficiency of kidney-yin;The five most commonly used treatment principles and methods are: tonifying the kidney and spleen,tonifying the kidney essence,warming and tonifying the kidney yang,supplementing qi and blood,and supplementing qi and blood;Drugs with frequency ≥ 50 times include: astragalus(99 times),angelica sinensis(98 times),atractylodes macrocephala(95 times),prepared rehmannia glutinosa(87times),poria cocos(80 times),dodder seed(78 times),raw rehmannia glutinosa(64 times),psoralen(63 times),cornus officinalis(59 times),wolfberry fruit(59 times),ligustrum lucidum(58 times),and codonopsis pilosula(53 times),Chinese yam(53 times),polygonum multiflorum(50times).The meridians of drugs in the prescription mainly belong to the liver,kidney and spleen meridians;The taste of medicine is mainly sweet,bitter and spicy;The nature of drugs is mainly warm,followed by mild and cold.(3)Analysis of prescription rules of association rules: 22 commonly used drug pairs were obtained by setting punishment degree and correlation degree under the drug use mode.The top five drug use modes with the highest frequency were:(1)astragalus,angelica;(2)Atractylodes macrocephala,Angelica sinensis;(3)Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos;(4)Astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala;(5)Rehmannia glutinosa,Angelica sinensis.Among the 34 groups of drug combinations under the rule analysis,the following 8 groups with confidence≥0.8:(1)Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Astragali->Angelica sinensis;(2)Codonopsis pilosula->Atractylodes macrocephala;(3)Angelica,Poria cocos->Atractylodes macrocephala;(4)Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Angelicae Sinensis->Radix Astragali;(5)Codonopsis pilosula->Astragalus membranaceus;(6)Poria cocos->Atractylodes macrocephala;(7)Astragalus,Atractylodes macrocephala->Angelica sinensis;(8)Angelica->Astragalus.(4)Through entropy clustering,there are 13 effective new recipes,and the first three are:(1)Muxiang＿Aconite＿Dried ginger＿Cinnamon;(2)Fescue root＿Thistle＿Lotus root node＿Typha＿Forebeard;(3)Continuation＿Pilose antler＿Magnetite＿Musk＿Natural copper.Conclusion: Modern Chinese medicine believes that the onset of chronic aplastic anemia is mainly centered around the kidneys,spleen,and liver.Traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on tonifying the spleen and kidney,and harmonizing the liver and spleen.The basic treatment method is often to tonify the kidney,strengthen the spleen,and nourish qi and blood.The course of this disease is long,and there are often other pathological products such as phlegm turbidity and internal heat.The treatment needs to be focused on clinical differentiation and cannot be blindly supplemented.There are four main types of commonly used medicine pairs and drug combinations: tonifying qi and blood,tonifying spleen and qi,nourishing yin and filling essence,and tonifying spleen and kidney.When traditional Chinese medicine formulates formulas,Xin Wen Huoxue herbs are often added on the basis of tonifying qi to achieve the function of "removing blood stasis and generating new energy".
