Obejective:To explore the changes and clinical significance of renal pelvic pressure in children after dismembered pyeloplasty. Methods:From March to July,2018,a total of 22 children with"ureteropelvic junction stenosis" were admitted to our department.Urinary ultrasound examination was performed before and one month after operation, and the anteroposterior diameter of renal pelvis was recorded. All the children in this group were treated with dismembered pyeloplasty, and methylene blue test was performed 10 days after operation, and the renal pelvis pressure, peak pressure and maintenance value were measured at the same time. The correlation between the pressure of renal pelvis and the change of anteroposterior diameter of renal pelvis was compared by self-control study.SPSS19.0 was used to analyze the data, which was expressed by mean standard deviation, and T test was used to compare the measurement data, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results:According to the renal pelvic pressure curve, the patency of renal pelvis after operation in 22 children can be divided into three types,Ⅰ:incomplete obstruction type;Ⅱ:patent type;Ⅲ:complete obstruction type.By comparing the anterior-posterior diameters of renal pelvis before and one month after operation, the diameters of renal pelvis in type I children were reduced by 20.78 12.74%;The size of children with type Ⅱ decreased by 42.52 16.01%;Type Ⅲ was not reduced. Conclusion:The change of renal pelvis pressure after pyeloplasty has obvious correlation with the patency of renal pelvis. The change of renal pelvis pressure after pyeloplasty can quantitatively reflect the patency of renal pelvis and provide early data support forjudging the prognosis of children.
