| Objective: By collecting and comparing the relevant indicators of the control group and the treatment group, the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization in the treatment of degenerative rotator cuff injury in middle-aged and elderly patients with wind-cold-dampness type was discussed.Provide a more effective and economical treatment plan, and improve the clinical efficacy of rotator cuff injury and the quality of life of patients. Methods: The subjects of this study were middle-aged and elderly patients with degenerative rotator cuff injury. The patients were hospitalized in the orthopedic ward of Liuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022.The 60 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with oral celecoxib capsule combined with rehabilitation exercise. The treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization. The basic data of the patients were collected. The clinical symptoms(pain),shoulder joint function,TCM syndrome score and safety index of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 statistical software. Results: 1.60 middle-aged and elderly patients with rotator cuff injury were included in this study. All patients were patients with good compliance, and there was no non-compliance or poor compliance. We statistically analyzed the baseline data of gender and age of the two groups of patients, and found no significant difference, which was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Therefore,it can be considered that the baseline data before treatment are comparable between the two groups of patients.2.In this study, through the non-parametric test analysis of the two groups of VAS score scale data, the results can be obtained.Comparison before and after treatment : the two groups of VAS score scales decreased significantly after treatment compared with before treatment, with significant differences(p>0.05).3.The Constant-Murley shoulder score scale of the two groups was statistically analyzed between the groups and before and after treatment. The difference was significant(p<0.05),which was statistically significant.Comparison before and after treatment: the Constant-Murley shoulder score scale of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with before treatment, with significant difference(p<0.05).Comparison between groups: There were significant differences in Constant-Murley shoulder score scale between the two groups after treatment.(p< 0.05).4.The TCM symptom score scale of the two groups before and after treatment was statistically analyzed. The analysis results showed that the comparison before and after treatment: the TCM symptom score scale of the two groups before and after treatment decreased significantly, with significant differences(p<0.05);comparison between groups: There was a significant difference in the TCM symptom score scale between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05).5.In this experiment,two-way analysis of variance was used to study the relationship between the results of VAS score scale,Constant-Murley shoulder score scale and TCM symptom score scale before and after treatment. The experimental results showed that the three scores were significantly different before and after treatment(p<0.05),respectively(F=373.577,p=0.000<0.05),(F=175.021,p=0.000<0.05),(F=144.127,p= 0.000<0.05).Under the influence of different groups, the results of Constant-Murley shoulder score scale and TCM symptom score scale showed significant changes,respectively(F=6.129,p=0.015<0.05),(F=55.097,p=0.000<0.05).However,for the results of the VAS score scale, the analysis results were(F=0.222,p=0.638>0.05),and there was no significant difference between different groups. Conclusions: 1.The treatment of warm acupuncture combined with Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization can effectively relieve the pain of degenerative rotator cuff injury and improve shoulder movement disorder in middle-aged and elderly patients with wind-cold-dampness type.2.The treatment of warm acupuncture combined with Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization is a simple and effective treatment mode, which provides a reliable treatment method for middle-aged and elderly patients with degenerative rotator cuff of wind-cold-dampness type, improves the quality of life of this type of patients, and can be popularized and applied in clinical practice. |
