| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on Baenzai(thyroid nodules)by Zhuang medical acupuncture,and provides a reference for the establishment of a standardized and effective acupuncture treatment program for Zhuang Medical.Methods:Selected in January 2022 to 2023,the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Zhuang medical clinic in the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of Baenzai patients,will meet the requirements of all cases according to the principle of randomization is divided into Zhuang medical needle group,life intervention group,each group of 30 cases.Control group: for the lifestyle intervention group,namely limit iodine diet,health education,psychological counseling,etc.,without any western medicine intervention,after the end of 12 weeks for review.On this basis,the test group added Zhuang medical acupuncture,hole selection:middle shoulder(TJz,bilateral),right inner three(DNSg,right),left inner upper pile(DNsz,left),left first three piles(DQSz,left),left back 7,8(DZBh1-7,8,left),right back 7,8(DZBh 1-7,8,right),right inclined three piles(DXsz,right),1 inch,1.5 inch,2 inch needle,with "S" ring needle.The needle was kept for 30 minutes and stabbed twice a week for 4 weeks for 3consecutive courses.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture on benzene was observed,and the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on Baenzai was preliminarily evaluated by comparing with the life intervention group,and SPSS22.0 was selected for statistical analysis to evaluate the efficacy.Results:(1)TCM syndrome improvement: Zhuang medical acupuncture group after treatment,can significantly improve "deroncus","irritability","The body is hot and the face red","Sputum yellow thick or sputum white glue is difficult to produce"," insomnia","sweating","dry thirst","pharyngeal foreign body sensation" symptoms(P <0.01),the difference in total score between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.01),Zhuang medical acupuncture group total effective rate of 86.7%,the total response rate in the life intervention group was 23.3%,after statistical analysis has significant statistical difference(P <0.01).(2)Ultrasound efficacy: the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 76.7%,and that of the living intervention group was 16.7%.The difference between the two was significant(P <0.01).(3)Improvement of the maximum diameter of thyroid: the comparison of the reduction of the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules after treatment between the two groups showed significant statistical significance between the two groups(P <0.01),indicating that the test group was better than the control group in reducing the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules.Conclusion:The treatment of Baenzai(thyroid nodules)(liver-yang syndrome)in patients with Zhuang medical acupuncture has obvious curative effect.While improving the clinical symptoms,it can reduce the thyroid nodule(nodule diameter),and have fewer adverse reactions in the treatment process,which is worthy of further exploration,research in clinical practice. |
