| Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of electric acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness-resistance simple obesity,the influence of electric acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture on obesity-related indicators and TCM symptoms was explored,to provide the basis for clinical application.Methods: In this study,a total of 75 patients with simple obesity consistent with spleen deficiency and dampness-resistance were recruited and divided into electric acupuncture group,ear acupuncture group and combined group with 25 patients in each group according to the randomized control principle.The electric acupuncture group adopted electric acupuncture therapy,and the points selected followed the principle of "strengthening the spleen and stomach,removing dampness and eliminating phlegm".Guanyuan,Zhongwan,Tianshu,Zusanli,Fenglong and Yinlingquan were the main points,and the Zusanli and Fenglong points on the same side were connected with the electric acupuncture therapy instrument,and the wave type was selected as densification wave.Single treatment time was 30 min,once every other day,3 times a week,1 course of treatment in 4 weeks,and 1 course of treatment.The ear acupuncture group was treated with press-sticking auricular point,and the spleen,stomach,hunger,endocrine and sympathetic points were selected at the auricular point.Each press-sticking was pressed for 1 day, treated once every other day,treated 3 times a week,treated for 1 course of treatment in 4 weeks,treated for 1 course of treatment,and both ears were treated alternately The combined group received ear acupuncture treatment after the electric acupuncture treatment.The course of treatment was the same as above.The weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,and relevant TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were observed and recorded before treatment.After treatment,the above observation indexes were recorded again.Statistical software SPSS28.0 was used to conduct statistical analysis on the collected data,so as to comprehensively evaluate the differences in the efficacy of the three groups in the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness type simple obesity.Results: A total of 63 cases completed the treatment,including 22 cases in the electric acupuncture group,22 cases in the ear acupuncture group and 19 cases in the combined group.There was no significant difference in gender,age and height among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).(1)Total clinical effective rate: After treatment,the total effective rate was 94.74% in the combined group,68.18% in the electric acupuncture group and 54.55% in the ear acupuncture group.After comparison,the total effective rate of the combined group was better than that of the electric acupuncture group and the ear acupuncture group(p<0.05),and the electric acupuncture group was also better than the ear acupuncture group(p<0.05).(2)Obesity-related indicators: After treatment,the body weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference and waist-hip ratio of the three groups were decreased compared with before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Compared with each other,the combined group was better than the electric acupuncture group and ear acupuncture group in improving the body weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference and waist-hip ratio of obese patients,and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The improvement of body weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference and waist-to-hip ratio in electric acupuncture group was also better than that in ear acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(3)TCM symptom score: After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the three groups was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),and the TCM symptom score of the combined group was better than that of the ear acupuncture and electric acupuncture groups(p<0.05),and the TCM symptom score of the electric acupuncture group was better than that of the ear acupuncture group(p <0.05).Conclusion: Electric acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture is effective in treating simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness.The clinical efficacy of combined therapy is superior to any single therapy,and it has obvious advantages in improving the weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference and waist-hip ratio of obese patients,and can effectively reduce the potential health risks of obese patients.The acupoints selected according to the principle of strengthening the spleen and stomach,removing dampness and eliminating phlegm are in line with the idea of TCM syndrome differentiation for the treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness-blocking obesity,and the efficacy is guaranteed to a certain extent. |
