Clinical Observation Of Xingnaojing Injection In The Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection on acute ischemic stroke,and evaluate the effect of Xingnaojing injection on serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)、The regulatory effect of the concentration level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and homocysteine(Hcy),to explore the clinical efficacy and possible mechanism of Xingnaojing injection,and to provide more evidence-based evidence for its clinical application.Methods: 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with standard medical treatment based on guidelines,while the treatment group was treated with Xingnaojing injection+standard medical treatment based on guidelines for 14 consecutive days.Observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,TCM syndrome score,clinical curative effect,nerve function defect score(NIHSS score),Barthel index(BI index),serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor of the two groups before and after treatment-α(TNF-α)、 Changes in the content of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and homocysteine(Hcy)were analyzed by statistical software SPSS22.0 to determine the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing injection in treating acute ischemic stroke.Results:(1)TCM syndrome score: both groups can improve TCM syndrome score after treatment(P<0.05);The improvement of the score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine: the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,significantly better than that of the control group.(3)Clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%;The total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)NIHSS score: both groups can improve the NIHSS score of patients with neurological deficits after treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5)Barthel index(BI index): Both groups can improve the BI index of patients with acute ischemic stroke after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.(6)Laboratory indicators: after treatment: serum interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor in the treatment group.The contents of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and homocysteine were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Xingnaojing injection has significant effect,high safety and less adverse reactions in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Effectively improve the TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score and BI index of patients,and its mechanism is the same as that of Xingnaojing injection to reduce serum interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α、The content of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and homocysteine is related to the reduction of inflammation.
