| Objective: Hepatocellular carcinoma is a type of cancer with high morbidity and mortality rate,and Jianpi formula is a general term for prescriptions that can strengthen the spleen.Therefore,in this study,we collected the literature on the treatment of liver cancer with Jianpi formulae from Chinese databases,conducted a bibliometric analysis,and analyzed the effective prescriptions recorded in the literature,and conducted the first meta-analysis and comparative study on the treatment of liver cancer with Jianpi formulae to evaluate the efficacy of Jianpi formulae and provide new evidence for the treatment of liver cancer in Chinese medicine.Methods: For bibliometric aspects: based on CNKI,VIP and Wan Fang databases,literature search was conducted according to the search formula,and the literature was exported to Note Express software,and then a total of765 papers meeting the inclusion criteria were screened,and the annual number of publications and journal sources were counted.The literature was exported to citespace software to realize cooccurrence analysis of authors,institutions,keywords and cluster analysis and emergence analysis of keywords,and to draw visualization mapping.For data mining:manually read the screened literature piece by piece,build the Chinese medicine prescription database using Microsoft Excel software,analyze high-frequency drugs,four gases and five flavors,and attribute meridians,use IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software for association rule analysis and draw network diagrams,and use IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 for clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs.For Meta-analysis:the literature was screened manually according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and 27 papers were finally included,and the quality of literature was assessed after presenting the data,and direct meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man5.3 software,and forest diagrams were drawn,and on the basis of treatment meta-analysis,reticulated Meta-analysis was performed using ADDIS1.16.8 software based on Bayesian framework for total effectiveness,and Carlsbad score index.Results: 1.The top three authors of bibliometric analysis were Zhou Rongyao,Fang Zhaoqin and Sun Baoguo,and all of them formed characteristic teams.According to the keyword frequency,clustering and emergent word analysis,the more important keywords are "liver function","quality of life" and "immune function",and the related treatments are proposed according to the keywords,include Liqi,Yiqi,Shugan,Jiedu,Huoxuehuayu,Bushen.2.The use of high-frequency drugs related to different treatments:method of strengthening the spleen and draining the liver: Chai Hu,Bai Shao,Chen Pi,Yu Jin;method of strengthening the spleen and regulating the qi: Huang Qi,August Zha,Chen Pi,Han Xia;method of strengthening the spleen and benefiting the qi: Huang Qi,Coix Seed,Bai Hua She She Cao,Ban Xia,Chai Hu,Hovenia;method of strengthening the spleen and activating blood stasis: Dan Shen,Curcuma longa;method of strengthening the spleen and detoxifying the toxin: Ban Zhi Lian,Bai Hua She She Cao,E Zhu;method of Jianpi Bushen:Shan Zhu Yu,Shu Di Huang;The four qi and five tastes are mostly bitter-cold and sweet-warm,and the normalization is mostly to theliver,spleen and lung meridians.The drug association rule analysis showed 17 pairs of associated drug pairs,among which FulinBaizhu drug pairs were dominant.Cluster analysis yielded three types of drug combinations for the treatment of liver cancer of different evidence.3.In terms of systematic evaluation,the results of direct meta-analysis showed that the Jianpi formula and its combination with western drugs were superior to western drugs alone to improve overall efficiency,quality of life,and improving liver function and immune function,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of reticulated meta-analysis,the effect of improving the total efficiency was ranked as follows: Jianpi Jiedu method+western medicine>Jianpi Shugan method+western medicine>Jianpi Yiqi method+western medicine>Jianpi Huoxue method+western medicine>treatment with western medicine alone.The best to improve KPS score is the and the Jianpi Shugan method,most effective treatment to improve liver function is the Jianpi Yiqi method.Conclusion: 1.There are more hot spots and trends in the treatment of liver cancer by Jianpi formulae,and the clinical efficacy is exact.2.The dosing rules of Jianpi formulae in the treatment of liver cancer are analyzed,which provide reference for the clinical standardized treatment of liver cancer.3.all the effects of Jianpi herbal compound formulae are better than the treatment of western medicine alone,and they have certain advantages in the treatment of liver cancer,and different treatments have different advantages,which are worthy of reference application. |
