Study On The Development Strategy Of H Public Chinese Medicine Hospital

Based on a study of literature related to public hospital development,Chinese hospital development and hospital strategic management,this paper introduces the current strategy and implementation of Public Chinese Hospital H.It finds that Public Chinese Hospital H suffers from shortcomings in infrastructure and medical equipment,the lack of an effective training system for Chinese medicine practitioners and the obvious trend of westernisation of Chinese hospitals,and analyses the reasons for these problems.The PEST tool was used to analyse the macro environment of Public Chinese Hospital H.The Porter’s Five Forces model was used to analyse the competitive environment of Public Chinese Hospital H.The SWOT tool was used to construct a strategy for Public Chinese Hospital H,which is to adopt a differentiated expansion strategy to achieve the best in TCM.Based on this,this study proposes three development strategies for public Chinese medicine hospitals,including maintaining the uniqueness of traditional Chinese medicine,achieving disciplinary differentiation through strengthening specialized construction,research planning,and medical technology development.Additionally,the strategies include maintaining the uniqueness of traditional Chinese medicine,achieving product differentiation by ensuring the quality of Chinese herbal medicines,promoting non-pharmacological therapies,and enhancing the establishment of renowned medical offices.Lastly,the strategies focus on maintaining the uniqueness of traditional Chinese medicine,achieving service differentiation through expanding the health industry,strengthening infrastructure construction,and optimizing the hospital’s information environment.Finally,this paper proposes safeguards in five areas: policy,organisation,investment,talent and cultural construction to ensure that the development strategy of Public Chinese Medicine Hospital H can be successfully implemented.Through the study of this paper,on the one hand,it enriches the new public management theory and the theory of strategic hospital management,on the other hand,it promotes the better survival and development of H public Chinese medicine hospital and contributes to the improvement of the health of the residents in the region,and it can also serve as a reference for public Chinese medicine hospitals of similar size and type to formulate development countermeasures.
