With the improvement of social medical capabilities and the great enrichment of residents’ material life,the coexistence of chronic diseases represented by various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes,and malignant tumors with the elderly has gradually become prominent,and people are not paying enough attention to it.With bad habits such as staying up late and overeating for a long time,the population of chronically ill patients is also showing a trend of getting younger and younger.At the same time,the traditional Chinese model of medical treatment has caused a serious shortage of medical resources and a series of problems such as "difficulty in seeing a doctor".Therefore,it is of great social significance to establish a chronic disease management system in combination with Internet diagnosis and treatment.In response to the actual needs of China’s chronic disease prevention and treatment and online diagnosis and treatment,this article establishes a comprehensive and efficient chronic disease management system based on mobile Internet technology and microservices with the participation of "patients-hospitals-pharmacies-regulatory departments" to achieve patient lines.The one-stop service of online registration for consultation and offline pharmacy distribution supports one-click renewal and medical insurance payment for patients who repeat medication.For medical institutions,it is possible to break the traditional medical service model,extend medical services from inside to outside,divert outpatients from the hospital for the main purpose of prescribing medicine,reduce the pressure of outpatient clinics in the hospital and release medical resources to places where they are more needed.For pharmacies,the scope of sales channels for pharmacies can be expanded from traditional offline sales to a combination of online and offline,and it is also convenient for pharmacies to conduct electronic statistics on sales data.For the regulatory authorities,they can strengthen their responsibility for drug prescription supervision and medical insurance fee control,and realize the full-process supervision of drugs.After comparing the pros and cons of various microservice frameworks,this article selects the Spring Cloud microservice architecture as the development framework.By analyzing the four groups of patients,doctors,pharmacies,and supervisors,as well as the derived role relationships,we can comb out the design of the system architecture and functional modules according to the functional requirements,and then implement a complete chronic disease management system.The final test data shows that the chronic disease management system based on the micro-service architecture is reasonable in design,stable in operation,and clear in function,which has a positive effect on improving the health status of the slow patient population in China,and has a certain value for popularization and use.
