Research On Risk Management Of The Newly-Built Project Of Chengdu ZY Hospital

Chengdu is making great efforts to build itself into a national central city and a medical highland in the western region.It earnestly implements the new development concept,takes the road of medical and health development with Chinese characteristics,upholds the correct working principles,and comprehensively protects people’s health,thus making strategic plans for building a national healthy city.However,it is a complex project for the new hospital,because all kinds of risks will be faced from the preconstruction preparation to the construction,completion acceptance and delivery.Compared with other types of construction projects,this hospital construction project has the characteristics of larger investment scale,longer project construction cycle and more complex special design,so the uncertain factors are more prominent.In the hospital construction,many processes are involved,so the project is also faced with various types of risks.This paper selects the new project of Chengdu Zy Hospital as the research object.This project is led by the government and the Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the district-level platform company is responsible for the construction as the project owner.According to the actual situation,this paper begins to carry out the project risk management from the perspective of the project owner.Through the overall cognition of project risk management,this paper makes overall planning for risk management and clarifies the risk management path of this project.In the risk identification,this paper uses the brainstorming method combined with the expert questionnaire method to summarize and sort out the 6 major risk types of the project,and finally form the project risk list.According to the evaluation results,the targeted risk response strategies and measures are given,and the project risk monitoring work is carried out.Through analyzing and studying the risk management of the newly-built project of Chengdu ZY Hospital,this paper improves the risk management system of the project,improves managers’ awareness of risk management and the ability to deal with risks,and provides scientific and standardized guidance for the subsequent risk management of the project to ensure the successful construction and smooth delivery of the project.
