Objectives To analyze the level of emotional suppression and its influencing factors in patients with breast cancer. The path model was constructed according to the influencing factors in order to reveal the causal relationship between the factors and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and nursing of emotional depression in patients with breast cancer. Methods From August 2020 to August 2021,427 patients with breast cancer were selected from the oncology department of Tangshan People’s Hospital and the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Technology. The influencing factors of emotional suppression in breast cancer patients were designed with modern stress theory model, including self-designed general factor questionnaire,Social Impact Scale,Self Compassion Scale,Experience in Close Scale,Family APGAR Index and Emotional Inhibition Scale.Establish the database with Excel software and use SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis of data.Independent sample t-test,F-test and H-test were used for single factor analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis was used for multiple factors, using AMOS22.0 software build path model. Results 1 Current situation of emotional suppression in breast cancer patient. The total score of emotional suppression in breast cancer patients was(27.59±9.46).2 Single factor analysis of emotional suppression in breast cancer patients. In social factors, the total score of emotional inhibition of breast cancer patients with different family monthly income, marital status, residence, main caregivers, attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance and family support was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the physical factors, the total score of emotional inhibition in breast cancer patients with different disease stages, cancer recurrence, cancer metastasis, surgical breast cutting, chemotherapy, postoperative upper limb lymphedema, alopecia, oral ulcer, numbness of hands and feet, flustered and breathless, sleep quality and degree of pain were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the psychological factors, the total score of emotional inhibition of breast cancer patients with different levels of stigma and self compassion was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Family monthly income, disease stage, pain degree, attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance, family support, stigma and self compassion were the influencing factors of emotional suppression in breast cancer patients(P<0.05),which could explain 60.9% of the total variation.4.Path analysis of influencing factors of emotional suppression in patients with breast cancer. The order of total effect from large to small is self compassion(-0.514),attachment avoidance(0.369),attachment anxiety(0.337),family support(-0.336)and stigma(0.186).Self compassion, attachment anxiety and family support directly affect emotional inhibition, while attachment anxiety, family support, stigma and attachment avoidance indirectly affect emotional inhibition.Stigma affects emotional suppression through family support and self compassion respectively.Family support affects emotional suppression through self compassion.Attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety affect emotional suppression through family support respectively.Attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety also indirectly affect emotional suppression through stigma, family support.Attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety also indirectly affect emotional suppression through stigma and self compassion.Attachment avoidance affects emotional suppression through self compassion. Conclusions 1 The emotional suppression of breast cancer patients was at a moderate level.2 Family monthly income, disease stage, degree of pain, attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance, family support, stigma and self compassion are the influencing factors of emotional depressionsuppression in breast cancer patients.3 The total effect of self compassion on emotional suppression is the largest, and the total effect of stigma on emotional suppression is the smallest.Self compassion, attachment anxiety and family support can directly predict emotional suppression.Attachment anxiety or attachment avoidance can affect emotional suppression through the mediating effect of family support.Attachment anxiety or attachment avoidance can also indirectly affect emotional inhibition through multiple chain mediations of family support and self compassion.Attachment anxiety or attachment avoidance can also affect family support, self sympathy and emotional inhibition through stigma. In addition, attachment avoidance can also indirectly affect emotional suppression through self compassion.Figure 3;Table 15;Reference 128...
