| Objectives Evaluate the transplantation effect of high-density fat in autologous fat grafting breast augmentation, and provide evidence support for the clinical application of high-density fat;improve standardized 3D scanning,3D image processing, and analysis procedures, and provide support for them in autologous fat grafting mammoplasty Provide clinical evidence on the selection of application programs and evaluation indicators. Methods Ten patients who underwent autologous fat grafting breast augmentation were divided into an experimental group(high-density fat transplantation group,n=5)and control group(Coleman fat transplantation group,n=5)according to the operation sequence.Follow-up time points(7 days, one month, three months, six months after surgery)were photographed, basic data measurement(including height, weight,BMI,chest circumference),three-dimensional(3D)technology scanning, and three-dimensional image analysis and processing were performed.According to the established 3D model, output deviation analysis, nipple position, breast volume(3D model volume),and fat volume retention results and perform statistical analysis. Results The results of bilateral breast deviation analysis showed that the most significant increase in the volume of the experimental group and the control group occurred seven days after surgery, and the breast volume gradually decreased from 7 days after surgery to6 months after surgery.Monthly breast volume decreased the fastest;breast volume decreased the slowest from three months to six months after surgery. There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the X,Y,and Z values of bilateral nipple coordinates(P<0.05).From preoperative to six months postoperatively, the X value of nipple position increased;first,It reached the maximum value at seven days after the operation and then continued to decrease. The X value did not change significantly from three months to six months after the operation; After a peak,it decreased and then reached the maximum at six months after the operation;the Z value first increased, reached the maximum at seven days after the operation, and then decreased continuously. The Z value from three months to six months after the operation. The value does not change significantly. There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the chest circumference through the armpit, the nipple, and the lower fold(P>0.05).The differences in bilateral, left, and right breast volumes(3D model volume)between the experimental group and the control group could not be considered statistically significant(P>0.05).There were statistical differences between the experimental group and the control group in the fat volume retention in bilateral and left breasts(P<0.05).Only the fat volume retention in the right breast between the experimental group and the control group could not be considered statistically significant(P=0.135).Conclusions Using high-density fat prepared by the principle of bisection for autologous fat grafting breast augmentation, and using three-dimensional(3D)scanning technology to evaluate the postoperative effect, the high-density fat is better than standard-density fat(Coleman fat)fat volume retention Higher, with better post-transplant breast volume retention and clinical outcomes.Three-dimensional(3D)scanning technology has high accuracy, low cost, less time-consuming,high patient compliance, good objectivity, easy observation, and comparison in the evaluation of the postoperative effect of autologous fat grafting breast augmentation surgery. It has broad clinical application prospects in terms of middle judgment, preoperative simulation, and postoperative follow-up.Figure20;Table9;Reference 141... |
