| Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuanyang Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis.Methods The data of 76 patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected from January 2021 to December 2021.According to the principle of random control,38 cases were divided into control group and experimental group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.The experimental group was added Xuanyang Tongluo decoction on the basis of control group,the treatment course of both groups was 60 days.The clinical effect of Xuanyang Tongluo decoction in the treatment of SAP with phlegm and blood stasis was evaluated mainly from the TCM syndrome score,the curative effect of angina pectoris,the change of ECG,the dosage of nitroglycerin,blood lipid,hypersensitive-c-reactive protein,homocysteine and safety index.Through SPSS 24.0software for statistical analysis of the data.Results 1 A total of 76 cases were included in the study,of which one case fell off in the control group and one case was eliminated from the experimental group after the end of the study.Finally,74 cases were actually completed,37 cases in experimental group and control group respectively.The general data(gender,age,course of disease,angina grading)of the two groups were statistically compared before the test,showing no significant difference(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2 TCM syndrome score and efficacy: TCM syndrome score in both groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease in experimental group was more significant than that in control group(P <0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group(86.49%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(62.16%),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3 Angina pectoris score and efficacy: after treatment,angina pectoris score in both groups decreased(P < 0.05),and the decrease in experimental group was more obvious than that in control group(P < 0.05).In the treatment of angina pectoris,the effective rate of the experimental group(86.49%)was higher than that of the control group(62.16%),with statistical significance(P < 0.05).4 Ecg efficacy: after treatment,the effective rate of experimental group(54.05%)was higher than that of control group(35.14%),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).5 Nitroglycerin dosage:the stopping rate of experimental group(83.78%)was significantly higher than that of control group(59.46%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6 Laboratory indicators: Serum lipids,hs-CRP and Hcy in both groups were improved after treatment(P< 0.05),and the improvement in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group(P < 0.05).7 Safety index: No significant abnormality of liver and kidney function was observed in both groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusions 1 Xuanyang Tongluo decoction combined with conventional western medicine can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin in SAP patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome compared with simple western medicine.2 Compared with simple western medicine,Xuanyang Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine can significantly improve the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,hs CRP and Hcy in SAP patients with phlegm and blood stasis,improve lipid metabolism and reduce the inflammatory reaction of coronary vascular endothelium.3 Xuanyang Tongluo decoction combined with conventional western medicine has no significant effect on liver and kidney function,with good safety.Figure0;Table15 Reference 134... |
