Objective: To study the expression of interleukin-6(IL-6)in normal subjects,HIV-positive,high-risk HPV infection, and HIV-positive women with high-risk HPV infection, and to explore the changes of serum IL-6 levels in female HIV-positive patients with high-risk HPV infection,so as to understand its correlation. Methods: Eighty women who received cervical HPV typing test and HIV test in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to HIV infection and HPV test results, the patients were divided into four groups, including 20 normal persons(control group),20 high-risk HPV infection cases, and 20HIV-positive cases. The serum IL-6 levels of 20 HIV-positive patients with high-risk HPV infection were detected by chemiluminescence assay(CLIA)and statistically analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test.LSD method was used for comparison.Results:1.IL-6 expression was 2.41(1.93,2.94)pg/ml in the normal group,11.77(4.84,17.65)pg/ml in the high-risk HPV group, and 8.29(5.20,14.4)pg/ml in the HIV positive group.HIV positive group with high-risk HPV infection was 17(8.16,26.83)pg/ml.The IL-6 level of HIV positive group with high-risk HPV infection was significantly higher than that of normal group,HIV positive group and high-risk HPV infection group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.2.The expression of IL-6 was 2.41(1.93,2.94)pg/ml in the normal group and 8.29(5.20,14.4)pg/ml in the HIV-positive group. The il-6 level in the HIV-positive group was higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.3.The expression of IL-6 was 2.41(1.93,2.94)pg/ml in the normal group and 11.77(4.84,17.65)pg/ml in the high-risk HPV group. The il-6level in the high-risk HPV group was higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.4.Il-6 expression was 11.77(4.84,17.65)pg/ml in high-risk HPV infection group and 8.29(5.20,14.4)pg/ml in HIV positive group, with no statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion:1.HIV positive,high-risk HPV infection,HIV positive combined with high-risk HPV infection can lead to increased serum IL-6 levels.2.Serum IL-6 expression was increased in patients with HIV alone or high-risk HPV infection, and significantly increased in both co-infection.3.Elevated serum IL-6 level can be used as one of the early warning indicators of HIV positive patients with high-risk HPV infection.
