With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of scientific and technological level,the scale of hospitals has expanded rapidly,the area and area of hospitals have increased,and the internal space of hospitals has become more complex;Due to the fine division of specialties in hospitals,the treatment process spans multiple floors,which makes it more difficult for patients to find their way.However,the current hospital service system is imperfect,and patients can’t see a doctor quickly and smoothly when their physiological and psychological conditions are poor,which is easy to produce resistance and reduces the efficiency and experience of diagnosis and treatment.To investigate and analyze the patients’ physiological and psychological characteristics,problems encountered in guiding diagnosis and coping styles,and to investigate and analyze the willingness to use auxiliary products and functional requirements.Firstly,the theoretical foundation of follow-up design is laid through literature research,Then,by means of field observation and user interview,the key points of patients’ demand for consultation service are determined.Summarize 10 demand points as the main content of Kano questionnaire design,and then use statistical analysis of questionnaire data to obtain the demand types of demand points,and use Better-Worse coefficient analysis method to sort the demand points for patient guidance needs priority,and obtain higher satisfaction of user needs.Finally,according to the user experience journey diagram,service system diagram and other service design analysis methods,the design opportunity points of patient guidance service are deeply excavated;The platform App and walking stick are defined as the design implementation carriers by product design analysis methods such as main audience groups and feasibility carriers.Based on the results of investigation and analysis,in order to improve the experience of patient guidance service,this paper puts forward a design strategy driven by service design thinking to guide the design practice of guidance service system in Nanhua Hospital affiliated to Nanhua University.Combine the design of service platform with the design of auxiliary products for guiding diagnosis organically,Build a hospital guidance service system platform in an all-round way,The purpose is to provide patients with more inclusive and easy-to-use design schemes,and reduce the problem of lack of Applicability of design services due to incomplete consideration of user groups.From the perspective of inclusiveness,the design should cover more diversified user groups to meet the needs of more users and give users a better medical experience.At the same time,I also hope to provide a new design idea,enhance users’ sense of public service experience,and satisfy more users’ pursuit of a better life.
